The hotel is very well located and was easy to find. I found it clean and comfortable and I was especially impressed with how quiet the room was. I also was impressed with how friendly the staff they were so friendly especially that gorgeous lady Ahlam she was so kind and helpful in helping me arrange some sightseeing and providing general guidance and do not stop asking me if I need something always with a shining smile. I was extremely happy and I will come back again and again.

The room booked by agent is fair.double bed, however bath area is not that good.water when you do shower transfers to toilet area.no complementary water or drinks for guest.food is quite descent for breakfast but not much choices. Location however is a little bit near city center

Clean room , comfortable bed , very kind and helpful personnel. USB charger at room 😀 - parking space .... But the gardener is responsible and the car is always safe. Very Safe place .

I like it actually but we need more work on the rooms

Hotel is very well located, near the airport. Facilities are clean and cozy, restaurant is great with good prices, breakfast is free and even better than other Ibis I have been. Staff is friendly and attentive, specially Fatima.

I wasnt ready for that quality of service, if youre up to five stars services in a tree stars hotel i promise you that this hotel is what your looking for, that reception team was something special, available 24h to help, one of my best long terme stays in a hotel

Stayed in Room 305 on 6 Dec’22, it was very dirty, there were mosquitoes, floor was very dirty. Poor reception people. Poor breakfast, almost spoiled cake was there.

By far, the worst Ibis I´ve stayed. Here are the things I don´t like in this hotel. 1. Menu - the menu is repetitive. This hotel is not ideal for long stay. If you´re planning for a long stay and not a fan of repetitive meal, then please don´t choose this hotel. I´ve stayed here from June 22 ´til July 12, trust me, I know what I´m talking about. 2. Laundry service - there´s no laundry bag available. You have to carry your soiled clothes to the reception in order for you to get the service. What kind of hotel who doesn´t have laundry service in the first place. The answer? Ibis Casa Sidi Maarouf. 3. Lift - lift constantly breakdown. If you´re staying on the top floor, best practice your legs going up and down the ladder. 4. Restaurant - no one is there during dinner time. You have to ask the reception if you´re going to eat. And the food is not good. Breakfast was mentioned to start at 7 AM. Try taking your breakfast at 7AM, and you´ll almost eat nothing. But the location is nice and close to many amenities.

I visited Casablanca with my family from the states , I’m so glad I picked this hotel clean , the staff is so friendly and welcoming it was amazing experience. one moment that really stood out when me and my husband and two kids were having lunch the kids started to get fussy and bored at the restaurant , one of the gentleman working there Adam tried to assist us and see what he can do to make sure they were entertained , he asked us multiple times we were happy with the service . It’s great to see the staff actually care . I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again and again .

Very tight for the money. I meant no luxury at all. It worth exactly what you pay for. Clean, OK staff and comfortable.

I was really disapointed, they only have a great restaurant (thank you Mourad), it s noisy as I get a room on road side and my room was not cleaned well prior my arrival..and I spoke directly to the night manager who took my notes in consideration. The lobby area is very cozy and colorful and service is welcome and smily. You should try the restaurant.

This hotel is amazing! Everything about the stay was great, from the service to the food Etc.. speaking on service I will say a Young gentleman by the name of Adam was so good to me & my family! Very accommodating, tried to help us in any way possible. Especially to keep our 4 year old boys entertained so we could enjoy our breakfast,lunch or dinner! Check it out for yourself! 👌
