For a touristic country this airport is not nice at all. Toilets were not clean and i can say all airport must be clean actually. Entering or leaving country you have to wait long waiting lines. There is a lot of check points I don't know why everybody checking documents point to point but this is how it is. Duty-free options are limited. Must be improved.

The Mohammed V international is One of the finest airports I have been in Africa. Quite modern amenities. Moroccans are friendly people, you will see a lot of smiles. The multicultural nature of Morocco makes it even nicer, As most staff at the airport can speak Arabic, French and English. There are a few cons though. You might just find one female cleaner asking you for money in a male toilet or you'll spend quite some time on long queues. But whatever happens, it's a beautiful place with beautiful people.

For a touristic country, unfortunately this airport is not prepared to accommedate lots of passengers. The check-in desk was ok but the passports control services were too slow. I had to spend nearly an hour to get inside because there are many check points to review the documents. Restaurants services are killing.I had to wait in a long line to be served. In addition to being extremely expensive in price. Selling all products in € currency. The dirt in the restaurant area of terminal 2. Toilets are filthy. Duty-free and shops are very limited.

A straightforward airport, but it has all of the necessities. From cafe, connecting train to the city, even a mailbox to send letters and postcards. The toilet could use a little more cleaning, but it’s quite adequate for what it is.

I am really thrilled writing this review and it is actually more about Royal Air Maroc....the official airline of Morocco than the airport. I flew Royal Air Maroc from Nigeria to the USA and I must say it's always a pleasure flying this airline as the fly times are really fast. This time around, even though the total flight time was about 11hrs (note that a direct flight is about 12hrs minimum), I had a layover of about 15hrs when going back to Niigeria and unlike having to stay in the Royal Air Maroc Lounge with comfortable lounge chairs as shown in the picture which used to be the norm, I was given a hotel voucher and 2 meal vouchers for lunch and dinner! 😉 The hotel (Fly Hotel - Atlas Hospitality and Resorts) is actually within the airport and the single room i got had a comfortable bed & pillows with clean bedsheets, a wardrobe, mirror and television. There were general bathrooms and toilets which were clean and well maintained. For the meal vouchers given, the food from Cafe Vero were OK....composed of chicken wraps, yoghurt, a drink or water. Trust me, for the amount I got the airline return ticket for, these acts are highly commendable....and though they should be seen as normal...def not in this part of the world 😀.

My phone got stolen in this airport. My checked in baggage was unlocked, lock broken off and some of my clothes and my suitcase were drenched in a weird smelly substance. No water inside the toilets. The staff is for the most part rude especially if you are black. They don't even try to hide it and pretend at least to be nice. Especially a lady at the boarding for Royal air Maroc. Extremely rude. No good experience in this airport. Will avoid at all cost.

An airport in Casablanca, Morocco. Professional staffs with modern facilities. Large duty free shopping available. Staffs speak more French, Arabic and less English.

Nice big international airport in Casablanca. Two terminals. The terminals are large and spacious. Lots of high tech equipment and check in counters.. Sometimes the immigration queues are quite long, but I guess that goes for all airports... Been through this airport twice and no complaints. Very nice.....:)

Friendly staff... Clean environment... Free WiFi... Charging ports at a stand and on some seats are also available... Social distancing and health rules are maintained... Lots of shops to peruse through... toilets are wheelchair accessible too and are many... Found a spa where you can enjoy 5 minutes free massage for free at the "A wing/gate" region, I didn't try it because I was running late for my next flight... Food courts are also available if you're hungry and want to feel up your stomach... There are many boxes for voluntary donations for the children at risk in various climes... So if you are feeling generous or want to help out with a noble cause, you will find a way here....

Overall, the airport itself is good, but needs some organization. When it comes to guiding the arriving travelers, there is absolutely no communication or whatsoever, it's a total chaos. Furthermore, the luggage area needs some supervision and better management, so people's belongings can be found in a timely manner.

When you look outside it looks old but inside its okay. If you need to change your money you have to do it before checking in, cause there's no money changer in the boarding area.

A little bit confusing, that (due to corona) the exit is only possible in terminal 1 and entrance only in terminal 2. Overall well organized and clean.

Everything here is okay. The flights were on time. The WiFi needs to be increased from 1GB otherwise, introduce a paid version if you are needing WiFi for a long time.

The airport has an interesting layout. The money exchange and the SIM card dealers are located before you get to baggage claim. The baggage area is very big and located on 2 sides of the airport, so find your carousel on the monitor before you walk around. Then there’s the money changer scam. They really want you to accept a credit card. They tell you that they are helping you by putting part of your money on the card and giving the rest in cash. Then, as they are reviewing the exchange, they will quickly tell you that they are taking the 299 Dirham fee upfront. That’s $30 US, at today’s rate!

Very clean and organised international airport. You can find much food and restaurants inside before departure. The restroom is also very clean and modern. It is around 40 minutes by taxi from city center. The check in speed is quite fast with efficient airport staff. There is also rest hotel and massage machine to relax if you have some spare time to spend in the airport.

Good airport with lots of food options. Organized fairly well. Clean. Note that bigger planes will require a bus drop off so planning accordingly and giving enough time for boarding is essential. Busses will shuttle to the plane.

Not much seating when you have to wait around for your boarding pass, I only counted 32 seats lol. WIFI at least works here.

Neat and clean airport with the usual duty free shops and eateries. The staff member at air france check in counter tried to charge me for my baggage even though we had no check in baggage and we were only carrying cabin baggage.

Small airport, but there are cafes and restaurants at international gates. I took a train from downtown casablanca for 70dh or around $7 us dollars for first class seat to terminal 1. Restrooms do not have paper towels, and the hand dryer doesn't work.

It’s trying that’s for sure, but it’s just a little discombobulated. Signs lead to nowhere, car rental is outside - everywhere you go you have to scan a bag again, it’s just not orderly. Almost as if you found a list of things that should be in an airport and then put them all in a building, but we’re picking them at random and thus picking random parts in random order. Flew in with Air Maroc so felt there was some special treatment there, which I can’t complain about, but still in times I and many others were lead down a garden path by some sign.

What a nightmare. It took us more than 2 h from the taxi drop-off to board the aircraft. We all know that controls are necessary for our own safety, but there is not reason why documents have to be checked 8 times creating each time a tremendous queue. Inefficiency at its best.
