To whom it may concern. My name is Mounir, on Saturday August 7 at 12:30 PM Me, My Wife and 2 Kids took the CPR Covid Test since our Flight to America was scheduled on Monday July 9 at 7:20AM. None of my family members was having any kind of the SARS Virus Symptoms, still I received the result as POSITIVE for the 4 members. That incident made me think twice to take another test the next day at another laboratory which I did and surprisingly I received the results on Sunday August 8 as NEGATIVE. that Means that Skeick Zaid Hospital are delivering fake Results and Robbing people’s money and pushing people to pay that 500 MAD one more time. My case was 2000 MAD since we are 4 People. I arrived to America on Monday August 9 and to kill my doubts I took the first available appointment here in America to do another CPR COVID Test on Wednesday August 11 at 11:30 AM for FREE. The Result came up as NEGATIVE. I was completely right. That sheikh Zaid Hospital in Casablanca is just a place where they go after people’s money taking advantage of their sufferings. Shame on you

The best semi private hospital in Casablanca in terms of facilities only drawback is that staff have issues.that must be checked by management .

Horrible service & management. Bad relationship management. No empathy nor respect or decency towards patients. Non understandable long waiting hours. Doctors unavailable and late with no explanations. Information not flowing between different services and departments while penalizing the patient. Non responsive and slow processes. Very bad treatment towards patients and their family. Lack of respect. Overall adding deception and anger to an already crisis facing family. Hospital needs to urgently review their policies. This is not acceptable.

In my experience, after three visits to this hospital in different departments, I found incompetent doctors or doctors that showed the lack of caring and knowledge that desecrates their oath of shall do no harm. My first visit to the ophthalmology department where the doctor misdiagnosed my eyesight and costs me over 7,000 dirham in prescription cost. The second visit, the doctor bragged about receiving a document from the American consulate for taking care of an American patient. His ability to take care of my wife was not existent and eventually cost her her life. My third visit which put me in the emergency room where I explained to the doctor that I was on blood thinners and I believed I had broken a rib after falling down a flight of stairs. His inability to understand what blood thinners do to a patient who injured himself falling, prevented this doctor from determining what my current INR level was at. They stuck me in a room and left me alone for over an hour before I was able to get up and complain. After being there for over 2 hours I finally demanded that I have a blood test to check my INR levels to see if I was at risk for internal bleeding. Shortly after, they finally did a body scan on me and told me that I had no broken bones or internal bleeding. But a week later I went to a different lab to have an x-ray taken that showed that I had actually sustained five fractured ribs. This incompetent doctor in the emergency room should not be a doctor nor should any of the other people that I've interfaced with at this hospital. This hospital seems to be vested in its investors, hiring the worst doctors at the lowest salaries and charging the highest prices for their service.

0 star Today I left work as an emergency ,I came to the supposedly the best hospital to check for my well-being . It turns out that the emergency’s staff are full of kids that recently became doctors . Kids who dont want to work , one of them came and asked me , whats wrong , I said that I am feeling terrible , my stomach hurts so much , I am vomiting yellow acide , some dark and blue things I don’t understand , I need to know whats wrong , so she asks since when are you feeling like this . I said its been two days , so she affirm that its not an emergency , and I can go buy a medicin and I will be okay , then I said , I cannot go just like that , I need to be examined , so she says that the emergency is full , and I have to wait for a room , so I waited , even if she provoked me to leave , but I stayed , I waited for 2 hours , then I left. Cucumber is better than those butchers .. and when u finish they demand for hectic fees (1514 dh -2367dh ) diffrent numbers so it looks professional . The only word I was thinking about while waiting is Butchers butchers butchers . I hope next time I get sick , I die

I had the covid test at this hospital today. the staff was really friendly and helpful. we did not have to wait for long to get tested. I was positively surprised because I read some bad comments before. the tests results came back less then 12 hrs after I took the test, thank you so much!

Unprofessional reception staff! Not polite and guest relation is so bad! I don’t recommend it unless staff are not trained on how to deal with patients! It’s just a business!

As an American expat who recently moved to Casablanca, I needed to find a hospital or clinic to perform a routine MRI check-up. Since moving outside of the States, I have lived in 3 other countries and know how difficult and scary it can be to find a hospital that can both perform an MRI with English speaking doctors and techs and do so with grace and empathy. Hôpital Cheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan provided me with all of those things. I had an outstanding experience there. They took what is usually a terrifying experience and made it easier. I especially want to mention Dr. Kaikani in oncology, Dr. Dahbi Zineb in Radiology, and Dr. Zuber in Radiology for their outstanding service and empathy. I cannot thank them enough. Again: receiving an MRI can be a truly scary procedure (scanxiety is a real thing), but this hospital did an outstanding job of making me feel comforted while still going through the proper procedures. I cannot recommend this hospital highly enough.

That's the worst clinic ever . A relative of mine was left in the intensive care section without being given any kind of care . No single nurse bothered to pay him a visit . He is half paralyzed and diabetic ,yet, none of the clinic staff bothered to visit him and give him the necessary care . He was left for half an hour after a radiology image section . The cost is extremely expensive but the service is catastrophic I don't recommend anyone to go to them . It's more of a slaughterhouse rather than a hospital All they care for is money

We received very professional and kind care at the Hôpital Cheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan from Dr. Kaikani in oncology, Dr. Dahbi Zineb in Radiology, and Dr. Zuber in Radiology. All of the doctors spoke excellent English, and the receptionists were patient in allowing us to use Google translate for communication. The hospital's MRI machine is new and we received results within 24 hours.

I had 2 bad experiences in this hospital, 1- i want to a doctor for lung problems on thusday and i as i was talking to him he told me to do a chest xray and i did it in the same hospital, the moment i came back to let him see the chest xray, i found out that he left, the doctor left the hospital at 13:00, i was extremly sick that day that i can't even breath. The biggest problem is when i talk to the girls in the reception to see another dotor they told me all of them left the hospital at 13;00 2- i want to a doctor for a TB disease and many intern medical students were in the room helping him and as he was checking my chest the student were touching me too whithout even taking my permission he treated me like a laboratory rat i felt humiliated at that moment. i never thought that a doctor with that big experience would treat his patients like that.

Zero Star - This Hospital operates like a modern day scam and I would like to warn everyone and all foreigners about Cheikh Khalifa hospital. My baby was urgently admitted into the hospital after suffering burns in the face and body. A vague ten days care estimate was done and they requested us to sign them a check of 37,500 drh before they intervene. When the check was given, we realized that just after 4 days, the cost of care doubled as opposed to the initial estimate. We started questioning the reasons behind that and requested a detailed breakdown of the fees and services, to which they denied us with the condition that we could only have it when we pay the final bill and check out. The baby has been kept in the intensive care unit (ICU) for 5 days even though there was no need for ICU, and not even mentioning all unnecessary care included. The cost was rising day by day and we requested to be transferred to different facility because we could no longer afford the daily cost which rose close to $700 (US dollars), about 7000 dhr/ day. Dr Essamoud Soufia denied my wife a letter of transfer to a public hospital even after mentioning that she could no longer afford the bill. The Dr then threatened my wife by telling her that she could go to prison in case she leaves the hospital and the baby's case worsen later on. (keep in mind that the transfer letter that should have been signed by Dr Essamoud Soufia was needed for the baby to be accepted into the public hospital and he denied that letter to my wife). I would like everyone to take a moment and think how inhumanly we were treated and how heartless the people in which we put our trust actually had no care at all of a 6 months old baby except their own financial gains. No facility alternative was given to my wife. This is how corrupt this healthcare facility is. I am very disappointed about this hospital treatment of their patients and do not recommend it to any resident or foreigner.

Horrible experience, The the doctor very unprofessional, while u are waiting, the doctor in his cabin gossiping and teaching young kids (students) how to gossip, all what they want is money, i went ahead and did all what he asked for (radiology, analysis, fibroscopy,….) and at the end he didn’t know anything and asked me to do more stuff. i bet if u are sick. Just google ur symptoms and u will have better treatment than coming to this clinic Plus u will spend hours and hours of waiting, Ur fellow folk, don't come here for any reasons

Worst experience ever: we went to the emergency room and waited for a doctor, but only a few staff members came by to ask questions, make advice, and say that the doctor was coming. We've been waiting 45 minutes and the doctor is yet to arrive, despite the fact that we've merely requested medication for severe head and neck pain. It shouldn't take the doctor that long to stop by and give us a minute of their valuable time!
