Worst bus journey ever. No air con, so you have to endure 45 degrees for 5 hours, if you don't faint before. Driver stoped all the time to pick up people on the road so he could make money from it. stopped for 30 minutes which wasn't planned, had food during the stop and driver interfered to get his commission so we paid way more than we should have and driver tried to take money from us for keeping our backpacks safe in the trunk of the bus while we stopped for his affairs! Never riding with that company again.

Somewhat acceptable and the disadvantage is that services and transactions must be developed and organized. It is necessary to update because there is chaos

Friendly staff (who hardly speak English however but it's all straight forward if you book your tickets from the app), decent facilities and buses generally on time. Can run into some crazy drivers but overall they drive the "local way" so adjust your expectations. There is a seat belt after all :) Overall though good service and good value for money

Too crowded no seats where one can relax before bus arrival..

I was travelling from Fes to Marrakesh to catch an afternoon flight I took the overnight bus as i did not want to stay the night In Marrakesh. I reserved a seat and it was taken by another passenger I had to find a seat elsewhere luckily I got a seat right at the back. The bus was 45 minutes late arriving at Fes I thought I’d miss my flight. The timings on website were different to the ones at the offices. Couldn’t understand instructions as staff were only Arabic and French speaking the driver should be able to speak broken English at least No toilets in the bus No announcements during the journey I was constantly on Google maps to find where we are If I decide to use the service again I’ll be more vigilant and expect delays. Ideal for locals not for tourists.

Workers as if they have a criminal record.Their service is very bad.But the quality of the buses they have is wonderful and comfortable. I hope a change will be made for the current workers

It's not the best as it can get crowdy and a too noisy every now and then but it gets the job done, it provides snacks, drinks as well as wall plugs if you'd like to charge your phone while waiting for the bus to arrive.

The Taxi's drivers there are buchers not drivers . They exploit your need to go home and raise the price a lot . But luckily i found a nice guy who did his work right , and i think Ghazala trans should do something to fix that , and that's the reason i gave only 1 poor star .
