Stay away from them!! One of the worst clinics I have ever seen. They only care about money but really have no consideration for patients. No humanity, no care, just machines operating.... So sad, but if you can avoid it! Do that

Mediocrity at its best. You ask where is the patient, nobody knows, they just guess. But still, they give you an answer with a straight face, as if they were sure. When checking out, there is only one person in the whole clinic who can fill out insurance paperwork, "Yousra", but this lady is nowhere to be found.. we wait endlessly, eventually someone decides to "accept" to do it, then all the sudden yousra appears.. sigh.. Anyways.. it's pathetic..

I was admitted for one day for a simple procedure. They told me that I will get out at 12. I was done by 12 and it took them 2 hours to give me my discharge papers.

Terrible hospital ……. I do not recommend worst in the world. I have been there before when i had stomach ache after hours of 3 different doctors / test they found nothing wrong i was received with respect because i was recommended by my company doctor which is a respected company in Casablanca. To my surprise i called few times the general phone number to book an appointment with gynecologist every time the person who handles the phone take the call she cut it off she screams on the phone and cut it off repeatedly i never saw a professional hospital do this even public hospital it’s a shame to see a private one do it! I am not shocked by all the bad review the staff in this hospital are horror imagine if someone is dying and need urgent health care they will drop the call! When you call a hospital and they are irresponsible don’t expect much from the staffs when you arrive there avoid this hospital nothing is intentional about them they cannot speak to English or French just bunch of rude uneducated staff!

Love this Clinic!! was in and out in a hurry! Dr Bakjaji was amazing and made me feel very comfortable! Her Nurse was just the absolute sweetest!!

This clinic is absolutely terrible. It’s not clean at all. They demanded more money under the table on top of initial payment BEFORE even seeing my grandmother, all for their disgusting doctor who wanted more money because he studied out of country. They told my family my grandmothers surgery went well and she would be ok, but didn’t tell my family that she actually had a tube out inside her for some sort of drainage, which was not stated before or during the procedure! Do NOT go to this clinic, they are scammers and so are their doctors. My grandmother died scared and confused because they did not tell anyone what was going on. They are not claiming responsibility for their actions. This clinic KILLED my grandmother. Do not go if you are sick, if your family is sick, or if anyone needs surgery, you are safer staying home than being here.

The worst clinic ever, workers only try to get as much money as they could from your pockets, Doctor doesn't even read the patient's documents and papers, and even fought with the anesthesiologist during an argument about which type of anesthesia should be performed, The patients were horrified from this experience. No professionalism, care. Just mindless zombies doing whatever to keep you laying in their beds so that they get extra money from your pockets.
