The nurses only smile for the doctors while for the patients and clients it is slavery and all unpleasant behavior and we don't even have the right to complain because no one listens to us. Après être pris en charge pour passer au bloc vers 9h, ce qui était très bien, sa famille a passé plus que 6h d'attente sans avoir aucune information si l'opération a commencé, a pris fin ou s'il y a des complication, ce qui nous a fait peur malgré la simplicité de l'acte. Une fois sorti du bloc, mon mari a été installé dans une chambre double, son médecin n'a même pas pris la peine de parler à sa famille et de la rassurer. Et le pire, c'est que les infirmières n'avaient aucune consigne si mon mari allait passer la nuit ou sortir le même jour, elles se sont basées sur la prise en charge qu'on leur a livrée pour la facturation et non sur l'avis du médecin. Après nous avoir remis le billet de sorti, j'étais surprise que le médecin demande que mon mari passe la nuitée dans la clinique, une information que j'ai eu par hasard après un appel au cabinet du médecin pour s'informer si des médicaments doivent être pris et si on doit se déplacer le lendemain voir le médecin. Aucune information ne nous a été communiquée dans cette clinique par défaut. Nous étions obligés de poser a chaque fois des questions et de demander à plusieurs personnes pour avoir une réponse fiable. Bref, au lieu qu'une petite opération soit réalisée rapidement et partir, nous avons passé 2 jours infernales dans cette clinique avec plein de doutes et nous avons fourni énormément d'effort pour avoir la bonne info.
