I went there for a PCR test, mandatory to go back to France. I arrived early (7h30) but already crowded (number 40). Prepare yourself to wait hours. After 1h30, only number 26 was called, so slow, so frustating. I finally quit and made the test with a private labo (650 Mad instead of 502 mad with institut pasteur). So if you think 150 mad less is worth more than 3 hours wait with the institut then go for it. I waited less than 10 min to do the test with the private one, received the result by email the day after. Not a good experience with the institut pasteur, I do not recommend at all. 2 stars because you Can easily park your car inside and the lady was nice (even she told me to wait 15 minutes... #joke)

I went here for a PCR test to travel internationally. For now, if you want to get a PCR test, you must arrive EARLY - I arrived at 6:20AM and was #33 out of 200. All the tests were assigned by 7AM. Come prepared to wait hours, I was there for 5 hours. If you need a PCR test, however, this is the best place for it, especially for travel, as IPDM provides results within 24 hours. Currently, you must come back the next day to physically obtain your results. Cost as of 1 week ago was 502 MDH. Staff speaks Darija/Arabic, French, English, and possibly more (only confirmed the 3 myself). 4⭐ for being the best PCR provider I could find and the 24h turnaround time for the results. It would be 5⭐ but not a fan of hanging out around potentially-Covid-19 people for hours on end (though the wait was outside and social distancing was easy and observed).

Came here for PCR test, and it seems that whoever is 'in-charge' staff at the time doesnt need to wear mask. At first, it was the manager, and later, when the doctor came, she put on her mask but the doctor didnt wear one even when speaking with patients closely! When I asked the manager why she didnt wear a mask, she even laughed and didnt reply. This is very unprofessional and unacceptable at a hospital/lab!! On the other hand, the nurse actually doing the testing was very professional, polite, and helpful.

Incredible service, professional and efficient! I sent an email to organize a vaccine in between international flights. The doctor responded personally and gave me their personal phone number- even guided my taxi to the clinic. Dr. was waiting in front for me. The entire thing took less than 10 minutes and cost $20. Amazing experience. There are a few other clinics around the word who could take notes from this well-run clinic. I cannot that you enough for making the entire process so painless!

Great service. We contacted the Institut for a Typhoid fever vaccine and they advised they don't provide this anymore but the pharmacist next door might have some in stock. Dr Dersi very kindly reserved two vaccines for us to collect from the pharmacy. His communication was great and he was so helpful going above and beyond.
