Cette Dermato est aggressive, au lieu de bien accueillir ses patients elle les traite mal! Elle a vraiment besoin de suivre avec un psychologue. Aucun respect envers le patient, et surtout pas de manières très malpolie et arrogante. Elle n’est pas ponctuelle, ma sœur était toujours là avant l’heure et le jour où elle est arrivée 5 min après son rdv, elle s’est excusée et le choc c’était quand la ” dermato “ lui a fait un scandale genre “sors de mon cabinet je te prends pas c’est pas comme ça que ça marche”. Ma sœur a fait une crise à cause de ça, en plus elle n’a pas terminé son traitement donc c’est une grosse arnaque. Petit conseil, avant d’ouvrir un cabinet apprends à communiquer avec les gens d’abord, et si tu as des troubles psychologiques va te soigner!

Piètre accueil, 0 respect. Système de réservation strict (c’est bien) mais lorsqu’on se rend au cabinet a l’heure du RDV, merci de bien vouloir attendre le tour de 4 personnes (beaucoup pour un RDV à midi en plein ramadan) et dans les escaliers ou la rue s’il vous plaît car la salle d’attente ne peut pas vous accueillir... Prévenir ne vous aurez pas coûter grand chose, mais pour cela, il faut un minimum de considération envers ses patients qui ont des engagements eux aussi.
