Room and lobby are nice. But our room smelled like smoke 🚬. Elevators weren't working following morning and no one seem to cared. The roof top pool and bar is nice and spa is exceptional. Breakfast is very mediocre. Booking website wrongly indicates that hotel has airport shuttle when it doesn't. They charge 500MAD for airport transfer which is outrageous.

This place is fantastic in terms of location, with helpful staff. While the breakfast was satisfactory, dinner options were a bit limited. The view from the top of the hotel is magnificent, offering a 180-degree panorama of Casablanca.

Great hotel which is clean. Decent room size and newly refurbished. The staff were super helpful and we can highly recommend. Has a roof top bar and spa. Only downsize is it is located in a busy congested part which isn’t attractive. For the price though worth it.

Good Service but crowded honking streets. Positives: 1. Varieties of breakfast. 2. Roof Top is nice. 3. Room cleaning staff is professional and hygiene. Negatives: 1. No soup bowl and spoons available on table, need to ask every time. 2, Swimming pool is for birds, not recommended for swimming for humans. 3. Monopoly of private taxis outside the hotel to go with them only to visit Tourist places, at higher prices. This person made my online ordered taxi scared and he went away without taking me. 4. Not everyone understands English. 5. This one is funny; Too quick in offering the services, especially during breakfast In hotel restaurant. They take away vour plate before even finishing your food or if you are away for 1-2 minutes : D 6. Construction work noise during daytime stay.

Good price hotel. Rooms are generally clean, but upon my arrival I requested them to replace bed sheets/towels because they were dirty. Long wait for check in & out, housekeeping was not the best. Sometimes staff escaping from service unbelievable for 5 stars hotel: they want you to understand their mistakes as per them “all human may make mistakes”— unprofessional way of responding to residents. Me personally could not leave the hotel after 11:00pm as it is located between old buildings in old area, road under maintenance which make heavy traffic around the area, and no nice view to be honest with you all. Whenever you call the guest service, they don’t allow you to complete your request before they cut-off the line. Bathroom without water rinse, and the shower was really bad because there was not a proper slope or barrier between the shower and the bathroom water. They charged 600MAD for airport transfer which is outrageous. I recommend this hotel if you don’t care about the quality of the service provided to you from reception, housekeeping, restaurant or valet. If you don’t mind their repeating mistakes , this would be your best hotels. If you can live with safety issues and traffic jam, this is your best place. If you can not deal with all of this, find another and better option. I took also a private car trip back to the airport and the driver was driving so fast !!!

We had a relatively short stay (2 nights), but thoroughly enjoyed our time. We had a suite which was well appointed with a king bed in one room and a foldout sofa bed in the family room. Also, a good sized table for eating with 3 chairs was great for enjoying room service. The service was excellent on all fronts, arranging room service, transportation to the airport, etc. For dining we had dinner in the room which was well prepared and tasted great, then the breakfast buffet provided a large variety of selections and satisfied everyone in our group. There is also a market nearby which had some delicious pastries. The only issue we experienced was a slight issue where the lights couldn't be turned off without turning off all of the lights by removing the key from the slot. A technician came and was unable to resolve it, but that was a relatively minor inconvenience. At a follow on visit just 2 weeks later, we stayed in the same room and the issue with the lights was corrected. Also, another note, they were very accommodating, storing some luggage for us during the two weeks between visits. Also, they arranged transportation to the airport for both visits. One thing to know is that the price to or from the airport is around 250-400 dirham if you just find a cab on the street. The hotel arranged cab cost 600 dirham both times. That being said, the drivers were all pleasant, the vehicles were new, clean, and comfortable. The same can't be said for the average cab hired from the street.

If you’re in Casablanca wanting a clean, well-run, modern hotel downtown, the Radisson Blu is a great choice. There’s a decent gym, a pool on the rooftop, a restaurant and the rooms are comfortable and immaculate. The rooms have tv with all channels, blackout curtains, abundant outlets and a comfortable bed. Safe in closet My only negative comment is the location. It’s dirty and crowded with very heavy traffic and a streetcar, but that’s much of Casablanca. Do you’ll need. Transportation to pick you up and take you anywhere. There is a pretty good city grocery market a half a block away but the hotel has good food and even room service It’s a 400 Dirham car service ride to the Casablanca airport if you book direct (700 if you book through the hotel)

Really nice, clean, modern, refurbished rooms. Could use a standing shower instead of a bathtub shower though. Terrible check-in experience - we got there an hour after check-in and our room still wasn't ready for about 25 minutes. Avoid the food and restaurant as much as possible - it's absolutely terrible. The service at the restaurant is terrible, almost non-existent. The rooftop bar is a joke with basically no view. The pool looked dirty. They did help with changing some notes to smaller bills for us, and with flagging a taxi and negotiating a reasonable price for us in Arabic. Apart from the modern, clean, refurbished rooms, and the foyer/lobby, nothing else is really 5-star here, but for a clean place to sleep it might be the best you can get in Casablanca.

Unfortunately i had a very bad stay because they had lost my valuables tickets cost me about 800£ they said they will refund me in official email by Mohammed Manar the front desk Maneger and nothing happened since about 3 months ago , he promised me that i will be refunded every single day! Now he says that i have to come back to morocco to get my money in hand. This is ridiculous and his excuse is that the hotel policy says no money transfer outside of the kingdom of morocco!

Average hotel, don’t be fooled by the outdoor pool pictures - it’s an oversized bird bath! No place to sit outside by the pool, more for decoration than anything else. Location isn’t great - aside from that it’s a pretty standard hotel.

I had a good stay at this hotel, receptionists are friendly, the room itself is good, the bathroom is convenient, The I didn’t like to call 3 times to get dental kit, Iron and ironing board were not there, I had to call to order them.

This review is about the staff MoMo who works in the restaurant. My sister and I stayed at the Radisson September 7-9, 2022. We had dinner both nights and MoMo gave us the BEST service. He was so funny. He really enjoys his job. He is a people person and he has the best vibe. We luv luv luv his energy. He provided top notch service. We told him we were celebrating my birthday. He went in the back gathered his team and came out singing happy birthday 🥳. It was soooo nice and it made my day. Ithank you. He gave us the best experience and it was great dining at the restaurant. I stayed in a Junior Suite that was very nice. It's a 5 star hotel but it's not in the best location. It's alot of traffic so look both ways.

Fantastic service, tasty and ample breakfast options, comfy beds, great spa services, nice little rooftop bar. Just a bit removed from some of the nice restaurants in the city, so we had to use taxis often. Great value overall

Friendly staff, very accommodating. Has a few different bars, rooftop pool is nice but it is quite small (like 4/5 people max). Location isn't in the nicest spot but easy to central market and a lot of restaurants - be warned many were closed tho. In hotel restaurant we didn't try but menu was a bit meh. there is an Asian place on site that was supposed to be good but we didn't try it. All in all very happy.

Hotel comfort is really nice. Berakfast is exeptional. However do not trust guest relations, we asked a taxi to airport at a specific time they didnt do it and try to grab a one from street. We were almost missing our flight. Thats why i didnt give 4-5 stars.

We had an amazing stay. The beds were comfortable, rooms spacious, food delicious but the best part was the amazing staff. From the front desk to the restaurant staff, housekeeping and porters, everyone went above and beyond their job.

The staff is very accommodating and kind. I was upgraded so the room was decent however the standard bedrooms are small-ish. The hotel’s location is very noisy since downtown locations in Morocco mean a lot of cars honking. Thankfully there are thick windows that reduce the disturbance but do not eliminate it completely. The rooftop is quaint and allows for panoramic views of the hustle and bustle. Good food overall and efficient room service

Rooms : nice space Toilets: the divided the toilet from shower the toilet was disaster too small and tiny I don’t know what the Idea 💡 Breakfast: I don’t like the some food was already cooked was cold and over cooked the service was bad no body was there so help yourself. Staff: they took long time to check us in . If they used scanner to scan the passport better from taken each passport photocopy and the concierge they always fighting with Uber or Careem drivers and don’t let him take the residents and force to take the taxi which ask more money from tourists

Be very careful if yoy are an American Very disappointed in stay as cell phone stolen as I was getting off the OAT van from the airport. Two women came up behind me and took phone out of my pocket. Tired. But doorman standing right outside where it happened. Gone in 2 minutes outside of camera range. Saw video. Talked to 2 women who stole phone offered reward. Another couple scammed when the arrived by a rug guy!! So be careful. Security poor.

You should definitely confiding living in this Radisson hotel if you come to Casablanca. The hotel is well equipped with spacious room, modern designed interior and best in class service. They also have a rooftop swimming pool which you can oversee the city Casablanca while enjoying some drinks in their rooftop bar. The business service is also nice and friendly. We did not eat in the restaurant but it also looks nice. Recommended to travellers if you want to retreat yourself after a long journey.

An upscale hotel, despite its location in an old and popular place. It is enjoyable in its view, room design, and bed comfort. It is modest in room size and has some modern technical touches. It is suitable for an individual or a couple only, given the small size of the room and the arrangement of the bathroom, which is divided into two parts.

Staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel was a true pleasure! The warm welcome from the staff set the tone for a fantastic stay. My room was not only comfortable but also spotlessly clean, and the bed was like a cloud. Dining at the hotel was a highlight – delicious food with plenty of variety. Plus, the hotel's location was so convenient, making it easy to explore the city. I also appreciated the extra steps they took for safety. Overall, a wonderful stay with exceptional service. I can't wait to come back!

The shower was really bad because there was not a proper slope or barrier between the shower and the bathroom and every time we took a shower the whole bathroom flooded. The neighborhood leaves a lot to be desired. There is nothing pretty about the area of Casablanca with trash, graffiti, and unfinished construction throughout the area.

So close to city center, by walking it takes around 5 minutes. Breakfast is in average, but service is so slow and communication with staff is so hard because most of them doesnot know english.

  • 5/5 Tony B. 2 years ago on Google
Great staff, modern hotel in city centre location. All staff go the extra mile. Rooms can be noisy due to location, but with double glass windows it's fine. Pay a bit more and get a junior suite if you can

Was very disappointed. Our room didn't have the facilities we were told. Housekeeping did put things right. On our last day we were dragged back to the dining room , after breakfast and accused of not paying. We had pre paid weeks earlier. We were not offered a choice of omelette or fried eggs as other customers had

Cheap hotel, clean rooms, long wait for check in & out, bad service especially during breakfast no plates no bread, staff escaping from service unbelievable for 5 stars hotel, safety issues, no nice view, old building in old area. I tried food (beef burger) from room service not good also. They cancelled my booking from booking to not do my review there and I received email from booking asking if I started or not. I won’t stay again.

Amazing staff working in this hotel. There are so helpful and very accommodating rooms are comfortable and hotel is beautiful inside but I must say that the highlight of this hotel is some people working at the reception they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and don’t need anything. I must say the reception staff is the reason why I would go to this hotel, and definitely definitely HOUDA what a gem !!!! what a sweetheart !!! and she brought the customer service in this hotel to a higher level and also OMAR he is so nice accommodating as well.

  • 5/5 Andréas V. 1 year ago on Google
Really nice hotel, Houda was a standout with her hospitality at the front desk. Very modern, within a 20 minute walk of the coastal boulevard and the centre of town. The breakfast was hearty and selection excellent. The rooms were immaculate, I loved hearing the call to prayer’s during Ramadan, great cultural experience.

Great experience overall & love the breakfast options in the morning (although a bit oily). The Moroccan mint tea for breakfast was great! Special thanks to Houda who proactively contacted me to help my wife's birthday surprise and the decor, cake, and upgrade were just amazing! Omar and the other staff were very hospitable and kind throughout our stay. Thank you!

Nice place to stay in Casablanca. Little bit far from the city center, but it is just a classic hotel of Radisson blue hotels. Cozy with very clean rooms and average breakfast.

  • 5/5 Jamal Q. 2 years ago on Google
The Staff (specifically the management Mohammad Manar, and the other manager Mohammed, and Huda at the reception)of the hotel are one of the most courteous in their accommodations during my stay. The hotel is amazing due exceptional cleanness and service and decorated facilities. I highly recommend this 5 star hotel, and I would add a star and give it 6 star hotel, for the exceptional staff.

Stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway, and it was a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with a breathtaking view of the city. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals, and the rooftop bar offered a perfect spot to unwind with a drink. The central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. Overall, a memorable stay, and we'll definitely be returning.
