It was okay. AC wasn't working and there was an annoying smell coming in from the window so had to keep that closed. Also shower door wasn't closing properly which caused the water to spill everywhere in the bathroom. The humidity was really high when I visited so wasn't as pleasant. Staff was friendly and deserve 5 stars however there is room for improvement especially for the hotel cleaning service. A few of the bed sheets were missing and hat to be requested. WiFi was very poor and didn't work most of the time.

Too much noisy especially at night couldn't sleep. And so expensive compared to the location and the service. I gave it 2 stars for the breakfast and the sweet girl at the reception otherwise it was a bad experience.

The reception girl was very rude and blunt. Every time we would ask her something she would say something in her language and then reply. Having said that, Security Guards were very good. Rooms were specious however furniture was out dated and bathroom/toilet was't cleaned at all. Water over flows every time we take shower. We asked to change the room but it didn't happen. Rooms were smelled of smoke as there was a ash tray in my room. We asked if they have Iron to use for customers. Receptionist girl gave us surprise look as if no other hotels ever provides iron. Overall this hotel has a potential to be very good hotel due to location however i think owner/care taker of the restaurant cares much.

I am spending 2 nights here. I chose this hotel because of the rate. The location is good. Plenty of different cafes and restaurants from public ones to stylish ones in Anfa street. The rooms are air-conditioned but they won't let us have the remote control.Cleaness needs more attention. I chose a back room to avoid sounds from the street. The receptionaist is friendly.The AC does not work poeperly and so does the fridge.

Good size of bedrooms. Looks old outside but it is refurnished inside. Could be cleaner. Staff very nice. Theychange money and give you tourist tips. 5min from the old clock tower and the old medina

The hotel is located in a very good location near the city center, the lobby was fancy (as in pictures) the breakfast food was good no complaints and the staff were very friendly and helpful.However the room was not in the level of my expectation old furniture and not so clean shower/bathroom. I find it a bit overpriced.

In the toilet you cannot splash the water. If you ask the staff to repair it, they will do it but it will be ok just for the moment. The shower does not have the curtain, so when you take a shower, the water is everywhere. However, the staff was very nice, especially security guys.

this is cool. Dealing with customers is very good and wonderful. I was amazed at how wonderful it was

Nice location not so far from the medina. Walking distance to the mosq Hassan II. Lovely rooms and welcoming people. I recommend.

Worst hotel !!!!!!!! I wish there's a zero star, have been to so many countries and hotels and have never seen one single hotel as bad as this. NOt to mention the hotel address is hundreds of miles away from the real location, the hotel cancelled our reservation without informing us and when we were looking for the location they simply told us the hotel was full, in a very rude and arrogant attitude. Never choose this hotel for your stay ever if you don't want to ruin your experience in Morocco. Zero star!!!

The worst in the word ladies that cleans the room they leave dirty spots they change just sheets and towel very noisy rude resption guy the worst hotel in the world if u coming I advice you to not come and bad location
