Service
I
am
writing
to
express
my
extreme
dissatisfaction
with
the
customer
service
provided
by
the
British
Council.
My
experience
has
been
notably
disappointing,
causing
substantial
distress
and
concern
regarding
the
delivery
of
my
IELTS
certificate.
I
took
my
IELTS
Exam
two
months
ago
and
contacted
British
Council
inquiring
about
the
whereabouts
of
my
IELTS
certificate,
crucial
for
my
work
visa
application.
Unfortunately,
the
representative
I
spoke
to
was
unhelpful
and
explicitly
stated
that
she
did
not
know
the
delivery
status
to
my
city.
Moreover,
during
our
conversation,
the
representative
displayed
unprofessional
behavior,
raising
her
voice
and
ultimately
blocking
my
number.
This
uncooperative
attitude
is
unacceptable,
especially
considering
the
potential
impact
on
my
work
visa.
Despite
having
six
contact
numbers,
none
were
operational,
and
the
one
available
number
I
managed
to
reach
proved
to
be
just
as
unhelpful.
The
representative
was
rude
and
abruptly
hung
up
on
me,
adding
to
the
overall
frustration
of
the
situation.
This
experience
has
been
not
only
inconvenient
but
also
potentially
detrimental
to
my
professional
circumstances.
Considering
the
urgency
of
my
matter
and
the
unresponsiveness
encountered,
I
am
left
with
no
option
but
to
explore
legal
procedures
to
address
this
issue.
I
am
deeply
disappointed
by
the
lack
of
professionalism
and
service
quality
exhibited
by
the
British
Council.
I
hope
this
concern
is
promptly
addressed
to
prevent
any
further
complications.
