I booked an IELTS exam on the official website but i could not do an online payment. There was an error ob thier website so they gave me 3 days to complete the payment either with a bank tranwfer or paying directly at thier office. I live in Marrakesh i couod not go to Casablanca so i did a bank transfer the same day and uploaded the proof of payment as mentionned in their website. I waited 3 days but no confirmation from them so my booking was cancelled. I tried to contact them by phone million times nobody picks up the phone and nobody replies to my emial. I sent an email to the british council in UK and in two days day sent me back an email but still the ones in Morocco did not. So i was stressed out because i don't want to lose my money pr miss the exam so i had to book a new exam and again nobody was their to confirm my booking so i had to post so many comments on thier facebook page hoping somebody may read them but again no one replies so i decided to send them a facebook message and luckily there was someone online and helped me wth the booking this time. The only thing i like about them is that the test results were delivered to me on time.

Beware these schools are scammers. during the covid period they gave us the choice to choose between the face-to-face and the distancing so I preferred the face-to-face they contacted us and they promised to reimburse us after the covid with English lessons or to give us our silver. but as soon as they resumed classes no one answers me either by email or by phone so I went to their house to understand the situation but nothing has changed the lady who is in the administrative department always tells me that she is waiting for responses from his supervisor.

The best learning experience of my life, when i started i planned to only attend to a dozen of courses but after meeting teachers Oussama and Sanaa for sure i will follow all the program.

catastrophic service! I checked my IELTS result by sending emails to Khalfi, Mustafa and Fatiha, but nobody replied me, nobody! I'm wondering whether these persons exist or no. and the service umber is just kidding me, it's a wrong number.

I am still waiting for my refund. No one replies to my emails / Phone calls. Terrible service !

Unsatisfactory Experience with British Council Customer Service I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the customer service provided by the British Council. My experience has been notably disappointing, causing substantial distress and concern regarding the delivery of my IELTS certificate. I took my IELTS Exam two months ago and contacted British Council inquiring about the whereabouts of my IELTS certificate, crucial for my work visa application. Unfortunately, the representative I spoke to was unhelpful and explicitly stated that she did not know the delivery status to my city. Moreover, during our conversation, the representative displayed unprofessional behavior, raising her voice and ultimately blocking my number. This uncooperative attitude is unacceptable, especially considering the potential impact on my work visa. Despite having six contact numbers, none were operational, and the one available number I managed to reach proved to be just as unhelpful. The representative was rude and abruptly hung up on me, adding to the overall frustration of the situation. This experience has been not only inconvenient but also potentially detrimental to my professional circumstances. Considering the urgency of my matter and the unresponsiveness encountered, I am left with no option but to explore legal procedures to address this issue. I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and service quality exhibited by the British Council. I hope this concern is promptly addressed to prevent any further complications.

I paid in 2019 to take an exam, i still wait for it. When i asked for a refund i'm still wainting for it too. Not professional at all.

Terrible attitude, horrible system. They don’t know how to reply calling and e-mail. Also, They don’t know what is the advantage of computer delivered test, but they are serving it without brain. If you took an exam in here, i would be a miserable mistake on your life.

Customer service is very VERY bad. All phone numbers are out of the service and the single one where you can here ringing the person keeps canceling on me!!! I didn't receive my results since April and I get no response from this center.

Good stuff I should say. I've been an old student. (2015 - 2019) I have met lots of good teachers! Some from Russia, The United Kingdom, Moroccan Professionals too! At that time I would say it was worth it for the price. Helped me learn English from nothing.. I'm fluent too! I don't recommend it at this time being. So much people Joined; It gotten more and more popular. There's no space nor rooms anymore! They're even starting to rent out rooms from other nearby schools to fix down the issue. But, moving from that. The teaching is very great!
