The Worst delivery service ever. We live close to IKEA but it took 1 month to ship it. Unfortunately you do not have 0 stars to choose it. I live in New York and it has never happened to me like this before and had some issues, they sent a message saying there was a weather delay or something. IKEA Morocco should be aware of such things that can affect the company's reputation

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Worst delivery service ever! Didn't even bother to call me to explain why the delivery was cancelled. And to top that, I was left on hold for 1h after calling the services, and still no feedback. Where is is my delivery???!! God knows!!!! I don't recommend it at all.

We lived all over the world, so we r very familiar with IKEA products. We 've always purchased them. Less than 3 months ago, we bought a double bad from Ikea Casablanca and the front side of the bed frame started peeling off. When I contacted the customer service, all they had to say was that they cannot exchange the frame in question, because the issue was not a quality default. We were shocked by such an answer. In any other country, they would have changed the bed.

They delivered broken furniture, and after complaining, collected only package 1 of 3. No chance by now to get a new package 1 or money back, I am waiting to get my issue resolved since weeks, via chat, phone and even on the property. No answers, no support, nobody wants to help to get my issue solved. No customer service no customer satisfaction. Very bad service of an international business. Even one star is too much for the valuation, but unfortunately it is not possible to rate with zero star...

They got a mini restaurant that sells icecream for 5 dirhams. It's definitely worth the try.

I wish I had read the bad reviews here before. Not professional at all. I made the trip from Marrakesh to Casablanca, the articles I wanted to buy were not available in stock. I have paid in the store and they scheduled the delivery 2 days after and now it’s been 5 days and I am still waiting. No one answers the phone, nor emails, nor the whatsapp number in the website. Extremely unprofessional, very disappointing.

Ikea Team, your delivery and montage team is the worst experience I ever had! How can one say on the phone, that they will come tomorrow and then come a week later for the delivery!!! I flew from Germany to morocco to manage my order and I missed your team, both the delivery and the montage team. Why do the montage team call a me at 22:30 pm to announce the montage for the next day and then come 5 days later??? I will never ever order or buy something at Ikea Morocco and I will write a letter to your General Manager, because this can't be true, how you treat your customers.

I had a terrible experience with the delivery and call center of Ikea. I'm furnishing accommodation on behalf of my clients and working towards a tight deadline . I went myself to Ikea Zenata to collect everything that I need, however, unfortunately some items were not available and they have suggested to deliver them instead. They fail to deliver me on the expected date stating that the phone that was recorded was wrong. I moved on and asked them for when they will be delivered, they said that I will receive a call within 48h just to inform me about the delivery schedule - I have never received this call. My collection from this is Ikea recruits amateurs people who do not understand urgent needs of their client and they would act when they feel so. It's very disappointing, I will think twice before considering Ikea in Morocco again.

Ikea Morocco obviously doesn't care about its customers. I should have known better not to trust them after my first experience with them a couple of years ago. I thought things might have improved after hearing from friends that they had no issues, but no. Paid for an appointment so ikea could come and measure up a room. They didn't turn up on the booked day, called customer services several times, but no response and lost all my call time. Now i don't know if they will turn up. Luckily i haven't committed to buying anything yet from Ikea Morocco and by the looks of it, they won't be getting any more money from me considering the appalling after sales/customer service. Staff in the pop up store at Morocco Mall are okay and deal with any questions but the rest is a waste of time. IKEA Morocco should be boycotted or closed down for their appalling treatment of customers. Don't shop/order online at IKEA Morocco!!!

Website should clarify if products are available in Casablanca znata or Casablanca Morocco mall. I took a day off to go to Morocco mall store cause the website told me the article I wanted was available in Casablanca, but it wasn't. I was looking for a desk and they had nothing in store. They said I can order online from the store...which is something I can do from home. I just don't understand what this store is for. Also the "desk areas" where you can order online, were severely under staffed, and yet staff were just walking around some even bluntly scratching their groin !...IKEA morocco...do better

The worst custumer service ever! We bought a chair over one month ago that was never delivered and the cash never returned. No contact was made from Ikea since the purchase. They never pick their phone or answer their whatsapp channel. I would have rated zero stars if possible.

The worst customer experience ever: I just got hang up by the CRM call center after a long wait without being able to talk to anyone. After I submitted my claim earlier. Mediocre planning when the installation team realize that 90% of the articles were never delivered and the biggest deception is to know that you paid for out of stock items after 45days of waiting. Ikea Morocco is none like any other ikea worldwide.

Update Oct 25 - I received text from IKEA person, asking me to send measurements. He is unprofessional, he should come and provide me examples of kitchen cabinets and after picking the cabinet customer wants, then he takes measurements and price it. How can a customer provide measurements without picking cabinet style and needs without knowing what IKEA can do . Laughable 😂 Good international house ware shop. I regularly shop there, I went to Ikea last week (Friday)to know about kitchen cabinets, Hamza said to me that the person do that is off from work that day, responsible person will call me in Monday (Oct 16) no one called me. Hamza was kinda rude. I will avoid him in the future for sure.

I m still waiting for my dressing this is unacceptable. I call every day to clarify my problem but no body answer my calls . I will go there and I will make a lot of troubles I swear . I need to drive 50 km till IKEA Cabo . Baddddddd service .

Compact Store, Limited Selection, Value & Convenience. The small IKEA branch offers a decent shopping experience, despite its limited selection. Prices remain competitive, making it a suitable choice for budget-conscious shoppers. Though smaller, this IKEA branch can fulfill basic furniture and home decor needs.

Horrible service, I've been waiting for a delivery for a full month without any proper reason given as to what the issue is and why it isn't loaded. Most likely the product is not available while being listed online, and instead of notifying you and acknowledging their mistake, they keep giving empty excuses until you ask for reimbursement. Shame on you Ikea.

Ikea Morocco mall is way smaller than Ikea Zenata - I’d recommend it for quick picks such as bedding items, cutlery , Candles ..etc

The worst company and the biggest liars in customer services 2 weeks of waiting for à simple delivery and a different excuse everyday from their staff.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I recently received during my first online purchase with Ikea. The issues began when the scheduled delivery did not show up as planned. After reaching out to inquire about the delay, I was informed that it was too late for the delivery to proceed, and I was advised to reschedule for the next available time. This rescheduling process had to be done four times before the delivery team finally arrived, and unfortunately, they showed up at 20:30 instead of the scheduled 16:00. To add to the inconvenience, the assembly of the furniture commenced late at night, causing disturbances that prompted complaints from my neighbors. The assembly team assured us that they would return to complete the job after stopping due to the noise complaints, but regrettably, they never came back. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and does not align with the service standards we expect, especially considering the reputation Ikea holds in Europe. As a customer, I believe it is essential to highlight these issues so that improvements can be made in the delivery and assembly processes.

Large choice of equipments and products for your home or office, a remark on 3 things: 1. Prices, vs those applyed in Europe, they are higher really, which shouldn't be the case vs buying power of people in Morocco. 2. Shipping: if you order online, you may wait weeks before receiving your order, customer service isn't that efficient in those situations, so you just handle the situation with patience waiting for shipping day 3. It happens you need one article, then you are obliged to work around all the showroom. Except that, people in place are very nice, the quality is quite good.

I recently purchased furniture ikea Cabo and unfortunately, my experience has been incredibly disappointing. The main issues revolved around the delivery process and the lack of professionalism from their customer service. Firstly, the promised delivery time was not met, causing a significant inconvenience in my plans. When I contacted their customer service to inquire about the delay, my concerns were not taken seriously. Even when requesting to speak with a manager, I was met with unfulfilled promises of a return call that never materialized. Furthermore, the manner in which I was spoken to gave the impression that I was inconveniencing them with my inquiries, which is far from the customer service I've experienced with this company in Europe and America. It's disheartening to witness such a stark difference in service quality between locations of the same company. I hope that this feedback is taken constructively, and improvements are made to provide a more satisfactory experience for customers in Morocco.

I came in hoping to find a wide selection of everything from bedding to furniture and so forth. Although I did find a lot of small house items like cups, knives, small rugs for bathrooms and soap dispensers. I couldn’t find what I really needed which were; the right size pillow covers in the color I wanted, a desk, a chair for the desk and a long mirror. I guess since this ikea is inside a mall it’s small compared to others. But I wish they had more simple bedding selection and mirrors. Maybe I’ll be back and try them again? Overall come here for small home items you’ll find it all just not big furniture items or bedding you won’t find much here.

I am really disappointed by the quality of the service, I had a claim for a delivered item that the guy refuse to assemble despite I paid for it. I called and I sent a claim for more than one week and still no answer.

Purchased an item online. Payment taken immediately. Then an email was sent with delivery date. That date came and went- no delivery! Called client service. They said they submitted a complaint (to themselves?). Then NO contact since then. No idea if I’ll get my purchase. No one answers the WhatsApp service line. Not sure what to do now. Terrible service. KITEA is WAY better in terms of service. Go with them if there’s nothing you absolutely need from IKEA.
