Stay
away
from
this
place!
Although
the
views
are
incredible,
the
service
is
disgustingly
unprofessional.
While
being
served
our
appetizers,
the
waiter
accidentally
knocked
over
my
glass
full
of
red
wine
directly
on
my
cream-coloured
jacket.
Not
a
problem-
mistakes
happen.
What
was
really
disappointing
was
how
the
situation
was
handled
from
then
on
by
Sarah,
who
introduced
herself
as
the
manageress.
To
begin
with,
she
did
not
apologize
and
assumed
an
‘it
is
what
it
is’
attitude.
When
asked
what
I
want
to
be
done,
I
suggested
that
she
have
my
jacket
dry
cleaned.
She
agreed
and
said
it
would
be
personally
delivered
to
me
tomorrow.
The
next
day
(now
today),
I
called
her
and
was
informed
that
the
delivery
would
not
be
possible
and
so
I
went
to
pick
the
jacket
up
-
Sarah
was
no
where
to
be
found.
To
my
extreme
horror,
my
jacket
was
completely
ruined,
it
had
been
hand
washed
carelessly,
leaving
large
burgundy
stains
on
the
sleeves
and
the
front.
I
have
since
been
calling
Sarah
on
the
number
she
gave
me,
she
is
not
answering.
This
whole
experience
has
truly
shown
me
the
complete
disregard
the
staff
have
for
their
customers
and
their
blatant
disrespect
and
lack
of
ownership,
even
when
given
the
chance
to
rectify
their
mistake.
This
is
not
the
type
of
service
expected
from
a
high
end
establishment.
I
have
sent
an
email
to
Mr
Lehlou,
the
head
manager,
and
am
awaiting
his
response.
Once
again,
the
setting
is
fantastic
but
unless
they
radically
improve
the
service
and
staff
attitude,
customers
will
not
return.
