recently
stayed
at
this
hotel
and
wanted
to
share
my
experience.
On
the
positive
side,
the
restaurant
staff
was
quite
nice,
and
the
breakfast
was
delightful.
However,
there
were
a
few
aspects
that
left
me
disappointed.
Upon
my
early
arrival,
I
asked
about
the
possibility
of
checking
in
before
2
pm
because
I
was
exhausted
and
even
offered
to
pay
extra
if
there
was
a
bigger
room
available.
Regrettably,
the
receptionist
informed
me
that
the
hotel
was
fully
booked
and
couldn't
arrange
an
early
check-in.
While
having
breakfast
later,
I
overheard
the
receptionist
telling
another
guest
that
there
were
rooms
available
for
his
family
to
rest
in
until
their
rooms
were
ready.
This
left
me
feeling
somewhat
uncomfortable.
Anyway,
I
returned
at
2
pm
to
find
my
room
ready.
However,
there
was
no
electricity,
water,
or
even
towels
provided
in
the
room.
Despite
repeated
calls,
the
receptionist
did
not
respond,
leaving
me
stranded.
Eventually,
I
had
no
choice
but
to
move
to
a
friend's
place
and
check
out
the
same
day.
It's
quite
disappointing
that
the
hotel
could
not
provide
even
the
basic
necessities.
While
I
understand
the
concept
of
non-refundable
room
prices,
it's
important
to
ensure
that
guests
are
at
least
provided
with
the
essentials.
The
attitude
of
the
staff
further
dampened
my
experience.
They're
aware
that
the
hotel
sucks
and
their
demeanor
seemed
to
suggest
a
"deal
with
it"
attitude
when
clients
complain.
Although
the
hotel's
location
is
appealing,
I'm
hesitant
to
recommend
it
to
anyone
I
know.
I
hope
you
take
this
feedback
seriously
and
improve
your
services.
