It doesn't have any escalator or elevator for travelers with heavy bags, I had a hard time lifting my luggage by the stairs. Not good at all!!! I don't understand how do people with disadvantages, for example, elder people and people in wheelchairs get from one platform to another one.

Toilet is out of order since Jan 2022, no lockers for baggage, pretty run down.

Not big train station, very close to a city center. On a station you can buy drinks and snacks. There was 1 disappointing thing - 2 trains were departed from the same track at approximately the same time. And trains had no indications about their direction, you must really know your train, how it looks :)

Like usual train station, but here not to far by city center. Next station usually find something to eat fast and even to sleep not very expensive. Good for travelers in few words.

Not so big station. Not so clean : toilets and the station. The staffs are nice or rude, depending on your luck that day. I have been travelling from this station many times in the past 4 years. I can't say all stuffs are rude but definitely some are really rude. There are about 3 ticket machines : one in the empty room next to the tabacco shop, the ticket machine is next to the ATM. And another 2 in front of the ticket counter.

Worst train station no storage for my bags the staff had problems to find me the right train and rather sends me of to other places or the selfservice instead of trying to help me.

Great station, from here you can finally catch off regional trains to Austria. The ticketing service for trains that go abroad isn't automatic, and if the ticket box has a very long queue going on, the best alternative would be to buy the ticket directly onboard, where most likely as it is the first station where the train starts, there won't be any surpluses on the price.

I don't understand why there is a lot of bad reviews of this train station. When I was there it was clean, passenger information was good, the train wasn't late and there is a cute cafè where you can eat and drink, and it isn't even that expensive (a caffè macchiato was 1,20€).
