Bad experience. Also, as stated in some comments below, the practices are not fair! We were charged for extra day 98 EUR because we returned the car one hour later. However, before the rental we were ensured that we can return the car later, does not matter whether it is 10am or 11am, the price is the same. Just come back before 11am. We did. But still were charged extra! If the lady does not master the company policies, stop provide wrong information! Her misleading information costed us 98 EUR. No chance to fight against. It's sad somebody earns money like that.

Once again, Locauto tried to charge me for a fine that I paid 3 years ago. After many emails with their agents in 2018, they confirmed that they contacted the police and everything was sorted out. But today I received the same email again. Maybe a running joke that I'm not getting? However the car was fine and the employees nice.

Definitly don't recommend, Lady who served us Mrs Silvia doesn't speak english well we really tried to understand her but she hide her mouth when she didn't know how to explain us what we actually getting for that price. We spent there about 40 minutes because we've tried to understand her, we asked her questions but she makes us confused, at all we paid much more than we expected. We are really disappointed. Silvia sighed so loud what was very rude, she was annoyed that we asked her questions... we love Italy but really sad that something like that happend...

A very unpleasant treatment and a very little empathetic and superb staff. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late for the car. They wanted to leave us without a car when it was already paid and did not want to take responsibility for anything. They cheated us everywhere and gave us a worse car than the one we paid for. The worse rentals cars office in the world; I hope no one rents any vehicle from this office.. so rude and nerveless person in charge(on the 21st of May 2023, Sunday, 6-8 pm, also she had a tattoo under her left eye)

I have the worst experience that I ever had been with locauto rental car company! Before reserving I checked all the documents and procedures with booking and also directly with locauto but when I went for picking up the car , they waste my time for more than 2 hours and finally didn’t give me the car! And disturbed all my plan and travel! They even canceled my booking without my confirmation and informing! I lost my hotel! Silvia and her colleague in the locauto airport are the most terrible persons!
