In order not to eat on the highway, we detoured to this restaurant in Sisante (Cuenca) We ordered Valencian salad, grilled vegetables, fried eggs, fried cheese, chicken burger and toast. Typical La Mancha restaurant where you eat very well. We stopped by and both the service and the food were great. We were looking forward to trying the grill. They don't have a menu, only a la carte.

A pleasant village restaurant, served by kind and friendly people. The place is clean, small, but with a pleasant home atmosphere. Very good food. The vegetable frittata is exquisite. Nos desviamos para no comer en un restaurante de la autovía. La verdad que estuvo muy bien. Cerveza fría, buena calidad de los alimentos y bien preparados. Fue un acierto. Merece la pena desviarse.

Entré con idea de comer, pero no me dio buena espina y me limité a pedir una cerveza. No me pusieron aperitivo, cosa que sí hacían con los conocidos. Cuando pregunté si era costumbre poner aperitivo o si no lo era, la camarera me dijo que sí y acabó poniéndomelo con poca simpatía. No volveré. Un poco más arriba, en la misma carretera, hay un restaurante brasería limpio en el que comí un menú muy decente.

Muy muy muy buen trato ,la chica súper maja el chico también llegamos casi a las 23:00 y nos atendieron de maravilla ,nos dijeron que si que podíamos sentarnos pero que tardarían que perdonáramos las molestias por que estaban los 2 solos pero olé la verdad que cada vez que vayamos al pueblo tendrán clientes asegurados

La comida regulera y escasa...una parrillada con las verduras duras. Calamares difíciles de masticar....en fin. Ambiente tranquilo y agradable y el servicio aceptable. No será una comida para recordar

However, when I had my drink bottle in my hand, I noticed that it had rust marks on the part where the cap was. If they had been somewhere else, I probably wouldn't have minded, but that area usually comes into contact with liquid (Nestea, in my case) and I found it very unhygienic. For this reason, I have decided to take a photograph of the part in question and test the Nestea little by little. The Nestea was not bad nor did it taste ferrous, but a little later a waiter came and stayed next to me for practically five minutes without saying anything, until one of the people I was having lunch with asked him if he would knows (no, and I would have preferred to continue not knowing him). This gentleman was extremely careful and was not in a rush when serving or taking notes. There is no more to say.

The girl who served us was very friendly and the food portions were generous. However, I suggest that you be careful not to overcook the grilled breasts as they were very dry. Otherwise everything very well.
