Best meal we had on our 3 week trip! The pasta was amazing and we loved the personal touch of it being served to us at our lovely outdoor table. Everyone was so friendly and we loved Manuel. He was so friendly and made us feel so welcome. This restaurant is truly an authentic Italian gem.

This restaurant is a hidden gem. Super kind and nice staff and Sophisticated, kind, and friendly Italian chef plus tremendously delicious food impressed me. Atmosphere, design, and their mindset about nature, health, and environment are significantly interesting. Moreover, I didn’t feel heavy at all after eating 200 grams of pasta because it was fresh with high-quality dough.

Beautiful food, had the focaccia, pizza and pasta (on separate occasions!) value for money is incredible and staff, especially Manuel, are a delight. Will come again if in the area in the future!

Great spot on this lovely square. Great experience for family to all share fresh pasta and focaccia. For once adults and kids enjoy pasta at dinner ! The food comes on little saucepans that they do the service in front of you. Delicious and cheap aperol spritz and tasty tiramisu. Friendly service super patient and helpful.

The best home made pasta whole Portugal. The chefs Luca, Débora and Manuel are amazing. The chef of the paninis looks like an authentic Italian from Vêneto. An indescribable sensorial experience! I will come back as soon as possible!!!

What a delicious place. We had a Brazilian lady helping us, the waiter, and she was so nice explaining all the menu with details. The only complaint is that when you finish it you want more because it is really tasty! I do recommend.

This may be the best meal I’ve ever had while traveling! Wow! Fresh pasta, beautiful tucked away square just off the pedestrian zone and it’s all carefully curated by the kitchen and Luca. Wonderfully fresh. Delectable charcuterie and cheeses and fresh herbs to influence the cheese and pesto. And the absolute best wine suggestions. Thank you Luca. I’m just wondering how many times we can come back in one day…?

MUST GO! Started with a meats and cheeses board that was explained nicely and freshly sliced onto our platter. The focaccia was wonderful - definitely try it! Out of four of us we ordered the tortellini bolognese, vegan broccoli pesto, white macaroni ragú, and sage butter braised beef ravioli. 10/10! Service was especially great and was tailored to our every need, every pasta was served table side and fun to watch! I have never been to Italy but this is what I imagine the food to be like!

It is hard to believe that this place is only open 3 months, they have already found perfection. Delicious classically simple Italian flavors delivered through generous and helpful staff. A true hidden gem in Cascais, where restaurants often lack true authentic character in order to appeal to mass market tourists.

Went there twice this week and both the food and the staff were absolutely amazing. Remembered us from our first visit, talked through the menu and gave suggestions. The focaccias are amazing and the pasta is all handmade and served up in front of you straight from the pan. A MUST VISIT in our opinion!

Authentic hand made pasta cooked the way it supposed to al dente! We got the carbonara with spaghetti and the Bolognese with linguine and they were both very delicious. They came out to the table piping hot is served onto the plate. The service is quick and friendly. Cute little Italian restaurant with simple Italian decor. If you’re hungry, forget to tell him and Portugal stop by here.

The place is wonderful. We had the most delicious Italian cuisine for a long time. First we had the focaccia with Italian cured ham … simple but perfect tast. After that we had past which is prepared completely as requested. A wonderful experience, also thanks to to very friendly owner of the little gem in Cascais.

Honestly like being transported back to Italy. Fresh ingredients and clear passion put into every course. Simple and effective with high quality produce and knowledgeable staff explaining the different cold cuts. We just stumbled across this place after seeing someone eating the cold cut board earlier in the day and so glad we went back for dinner. The pasta was so inviting we never got a picture 🙈. Will definitely be back if ever visiting Caiscas again. Can't recommend enough.

Phenomenal experience both with service and food. The chef is from Italy and very helpful. He customized the sandwiches for me also as a take away. We sat outside in a very cute patio outside and enjoyed handmade pastas with a charcuterie board imported from Italy.

Amazing experience! This place make super tasty Italian food, the very good and traditional one, I loved it! We tried the focaccia and it was a trip through good Italian memories and the waiter is very friendly and polite. Definitely 5 stars ⭐️

Everything was so stunning. The staff are super friendly and give great descriptions if each dish. We ordered two pasta dishes and both were so tasty!! The pasta was fresh and served to you straight from the pan , so much flavour ( I had to stop myself from ordering seconds !! ) I am a vegetarian and was super happy with the amount of options for vegan / vegetarian / non - gluten as well as meat. I especially loved that they did not use plastic bottles and instead searched water in a reusable flask that you could refill & keep! If I was in Cascais for longer I would be going back for sure!!

Our visit to Aquafarina in Cascais was a delightful Italian dining experience. Our group of three had a great time. The Italian cuisine here was excellent, and the service was wonderfully relaxed. Perhaps it was the time of year, but we found ourselves in a quiet, serene atmosphere. We indulged in the caprese, tortelloni, and focaccia with coppa, all of which were delicious. Aperols perfectly complemented our meal. A unique touch was when the waiter brought out our pasta before cooking, and later, the chef himself plated it directly from the pan. This upscale osteria had a distinct chef-driven charm that we appreciated. We highly recommend Aquafarina for a satisfying Italian meal.

We've had the most wonderful fresh pasta dinners here. The pasta is mixed at the table and plated fresh from the pan. We visited with a party of mostly vegetarians and had the greatest evening of carbs and cheese. The host brought out a special mix of Calabrian chilis to make sure every dish was spiced exactly to perfection. He even brought bread slices with the pasta to soak up every last drop of sauce on our plates. Even with a large group, our waitress Elena made sure we had everything we needed. I can't imagine a warmer, more welcoming place to spend your evening in Caiscais!
