Once every 10 years or so you run into a restaurant which is so bad it feels like it’s jinxed (which of course it’s not, just poor management and even worse chef). From the sparkling water that was 100% flat to the luke warm soggy octopus, the dry flavorless asparagus to the semi raw potatoes and the slow service (1h between starters and mains) etc, you marvel over how one restaurant can get everything wrong. The good thing is that this only happens once a decade… Must add that the waitresses performed their roles very well. At least something…

Ive lived here for thirty years and this was the worst restaurant i have ever been to in Cascais. I had the lobster with cold slaw. It was just a plate piled with cold slaw. The lobster hardly visible. My guests also said their food was disappointing. They charged 30 euros for a very tiny basket of bread and three very very very tiny dips. Come on.

From the moment I walked in, Jorge and André were courteous and made me feel like we had been friends for years. The ambiance was one of an upscale restaurant but with a relaxed and welcoming vibe. Although they had close friends visiting them, they made sure to make me feel at home which is the entire purpose of Zozo, to make you feel at home while eating the BEST food in Cascais. I never leave reviews for restaurants but I’m glad that Zozo is my first because it is truly an unforgettable place to be. Do not leave Cascais without visiting this gem or you will be doing yourself a disservice.

One of the best restaurants I've ever been to. And I have been to many! So, what's so good? Well, the food was fantastic (especially the Beef Wellington), but also the staff, (all of them!). So charming and professional. And then you got the environment! Wow! Sooooo stylish! So cozy! Such a taste! Every little detail, I want it in my own living room. And the paintings (many!)... We enjoyed a private party at ZÔZÔ and it was fantastic. Jorge and his staff were friendly, warm and charming. The food was delicious and the decor was amazing. I felt like I was visiting someone's home more than a restaurant. Truly worth a visit!

This has become a firm favourite. Gorgeous restaurant run by people who really care and know their stuff. Delicious food, brilliant service, lovely atmosphere. Enjoy!

Lovely restaurant, Romantic Vibe, friendly waiter, very good food.

First time visiting this place today, after the missus found them online. First thing to mention is the service. Just so friendly and welcoming from the moment you arrive. The menu is a great mix of familiar dishes and surprises. The frogs' legs, foie gras and beef Wellington (to share) were all excellent. As were the crepe suzette and the delightfully rich chocolate mousse with hazelnuts and cognac. The wine list is compact, but everything on there earns its place. No bad bottles on the list. Plus the cocktails are super. We had the cocktail of the day (or week, maybe?), which was a lychee martini and it was excellent. Decor is also fabulous. Lots of original art on the walls and disco balls in the toilet cubicles. Just fabulous. We'll be back without a doubt.

This place has a special place in my heart. It’s always great food and drinks. The service is flawless 👌🏼Always so helpful with everything. Atmosphere is cool and cozy at once.
