TERRIBLY SLOW!!! One person assembles the food, the other three are not doing too much. If let's say three employees assembled the food, each having a stage, it would be much faster. In London there are many places like this that are 5-10x faster. This business could make much more money and have far greater customer satisfaction rate if it was more efficient. Luckily most of the customers forget the pain of waiting half an hour for an order because the portions are big and have good taste. Please, change the way you operate! Good luck!
