Regrettably,
Seaventy
deserves
to
be
the
first
establishment
for
which
I
write
a
negative
review.
Throughout
my
entire
life,
I
have
never
encountered
such
disappointment.
In
February,
we
made
a
reservation
for
the
barco
Evora
for
our
wedding
on
May
13th.
We
chose
Seaventy
based
on
our
admiration
for
the
boat
and
the
abundance
of
positive
reviews
we
found
here.
We
diligently
paid
the
deposit
and
made
all
the
necessary
arrangements
expected
for
a
wedding.
Every
detail
for
our
special
day
was
meticulously
planned
and
confirmed.
However,
just
24
days
before
our
wedding,
we
received
a
distressing
call
from
Bernardo,
the
leader
of
operations
and
owner
of
the
boat,
informing
us
that
the
vessel
was
suddenly
unavailable
due
to
an
ongoing
legal
dispute.
In
an
attempt
to
rectify
the
situation,
they
proposed
an
alternative
venue.
Unfortunately,
this
substitute
location
was
tasteless
and
did
not
align
with
our
initial
expectations
or
what
we
had
paid
for.
Consequently,
we
were
forced
into
a
frantic
scramble
to
find
a
new
venue,
with
virtually
no
time
to
spare.
I
made
numerous
attempts
to
contact
Bernardo
via
email,
phone
calls,
and
text
messages,
seeking
clarification
and
resolution,
but
received
no
response
whatsoever.
This
lack
of
communication
left
us
feeling
overwhelmed,
drained,
and
incredibly
frustrated.
While
our
deposit
was
eventually
refunded,
we
received
no
further
compensation
for
the
immense
inconvenience
they
had
imposed
upon
us.
I
strongly
advise
against
booking
any
event
with
this
company.
The
experience
is
simply
not
worth
the
trouble
and
headache
they
subject
their
customers
to.
