This is a sweet, calm, family friendly hostel, with a very friendly staff and a nice environment. I worked here as a volunteer for a month and it was a great experience. I'm very thankful for my time there, allowing me to encounter new persons and learn a lot of new skills. It's close to the city center and the beach, clean and easy to access. I can only recommend!!

On se sent comme Ć  la maison dans ce petit hostel plein de charme. Thank you so much to the staff with recommendations for places to see and where to eat nearby. It was a very peaceful stay with amazing vibes.

Good hostel, clean and good water flow in the shower, friendly staff. They have breakfast, beach towels, and beach parasols. The location is ok, about 10 min from the center of Cascais

Loved it! Very large common area where you could work or just watch tv and socialize. Tasty breakfast with homemade bread!

Nice room (private double en suite), but overpriced. Self check in worked but my room card stopped working twice and took a long time to access my room again calling staff in other ā€˜mainā€™ hostel. Hot water took a few mins to kick in, slightly disappointing overall

I stayed only 2 nights for the start of my vacation and it was really nice. Very helpfull for the check-in and it was the most easier checkout. The 4 bunkbed room was very convenient with Lot of sapce and lockers, as well as the private bathroom. I didn't meet lots of people as I didn't stay long and the place wasn't so busy that Time, but the atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming. I recommend.

I stayed in a private room with a private bathroom and a nice balcony in the attic. Loved this place. Super cosy and super friendly. And all restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and even the local market - everything is very close. The hostel organises also lots of events like yoga classes, hiking, surfing and dinners. Very friendly and my favourite place to stay in Cascais))))

Unwelcoming and unfriendly staff who were never really there, hostel itself quite dirty, the rooms are clean though, but very stuffy, there's a weird smell coming from the old furniture. Ok location. Not a real hostel, just a place to put your head and shower. I'm quite disappointed. There's a construction site near, loud and dusty.

My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and I just loved it. It is clean, cozy and very friendly yet I did not feel overcrowded. Staff makes us welcomed and part of the family. It felt safe! Carole

I had a great time at the Lemonade Hostel, they are so nice people, we had a lot of fun together. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable, and the common room is pretty big, giving the opportunity to have some quality time there.

It's a cosy place to live, all stuff are very friendly and care about you. I love the atmosphere, healthy breakfasts, clean and comfy rooms, amazing events. I'm really grateful and hope to come back to Eco Ljmonade next vacation!

We loved to stay at Eco Ljmonade. We had 2 double rooms with our 2 kids. Especially the room on the 2nd floor with the bathroom and a little terrace was fanatastic. Monica, the manager, is very welcoming and friendly and really cared about our needs as a family. She upgraded us to the 2 double rooms in Eco Ljmonade because it is not possible to stay with the kids in a mixed dorm with other people (in the other Ljmonade hostel). The breakfast was also fanatastic and has got everything you need (coffee, tea, Milk, oat milk, cereals, bread, toasts, jam, cheese, ham, fruits, vegan chocolate cream). This little hostel has a very family-friendly atmosphere which we and our kids enjoyed lot.

Super friendly staff! The place we stayed was really nice, spacious and had everything we needed. The level of customer service and support from them was next level. Would recommend to anyone!

Booked for 4 nights, stayed just for 1. Unfortunately it didnā€™t work out with Eco Ljmonade. Apparently the bathtubs arenā€™t for taking baths but just for showers (they eventually acquiesced and let me have a plug to take a bath). The sheets didnā€™t smell fresh or clean. The living room / dining room felt very oppressive due to terrible lighting and grim paint (not as bright and airy as the photos from the proprietor suggest). I chose to stay here for the sociable element, but the vibe when I stayed was all off; the property was almost empty, the staff made almost no effort to speak to me or get to know me, apart from Vania who was sweet. After one day of staying there I began to feel depressed and decided to leave. Breakfast was nothing special, just a very basic spread. Itā€™s a very nice building, but the staff need to make more of an effort to make me feel more welcome, regardless of how busy you might be.

šŸ«¤ A small hostel in the town center, above a bar and therefore very noisy. The beds creak and the rooms are stuffy, and if you open a window there is a loud noise. There are only 3 toilets for everyone. The person at the reception was not very nice and they charge money for keeping luggage. They ho...
