We recently had the pleasure of dining at O’Luain’s Irish Pub in Cascais, Portugal, and let me tell you, it was a real treat! As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff were all super hospitable and made us feel right at home. We decided to go for the classic fish n chips, and boy, were we impressed. The haddock was cooked to perfection - it was flaky and moist, and the batter was crispy and golden. And the chips, oh man, the chips! They were so crispy and delicious, we just couldn't get enough. But the real star of the show was the pint of Guinness. It was the perfect temperature and had that rich, creamy taste that you can only get from a freshly pulled pint. NOTE: You have to call ahead to find out what days the fish n chips are being served (usually Friday, but sometimes through the weekend). It changes based on time of year. But it wasn't just the food and drinks that impressed us - the service was top-notch too. Our server was incredibly attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. She even recommended some amazing desserts on the menu that she thought we might enjoy, and she was spot on - everything we tried was delicious. Be sure to catch “Best Pint of Guinness - Irish Pubs of Lisbon Portugal - Happy St Patrick’s Day!” on our Youtube Channel - @tourabunga - Where we feature this restaurant in more detail. All in all, our experience at O’Luain’s Irish Pub was fantastic. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was just what we were looking for.

True Irish Pub. They served fresh delicious fish n chips. Big potion and good value. They will be serving roast meat dishes during the fall season, can’t wait to try them. Advisable to call to confirm the menu for the day. Friendly fun place to hang out for a drink or two. Highly recommended.

Visited Caiscais for the day. Had been recommended an ice cream shop to visit when we stumbled across O'Luain's. The setting outside was lovely so we stopped for a drink. The lady serving us was very welcoming so we decided to have some food while there, we both ordered the fish and chips which was AMAZING. I would definitely recommend visiting if you are in the area.

The best Irish pub in Portugal. Incredible food and very friendly staff. And of course a great Guinness. They are definitely my favourite.

Came to watch Usyk VS Joshua fight. Cheap drinks, tasty sandwiches, great location. Absolutely amazing staff, which is rare for Cascais. Special thanks to the waitress (I think her name was Anya) 😊

Stopped in here for a drink, my partner was delighted by the pint of Guiness he had. €5.50 but worth every cent. They had a good selection of drinks available at good prices too. Friendly barman.

A very nice, clean place both inside and in the pretty shaded beer garden out side at the front. We did not eat here, but saw the food others were served and it looked very good. The bar service was excellent and very friendly and the beer is kept perfectly. I would 100% recommend this place

If you’re looking for truly the best fish and chips anywhere, this is the place to be! It’s worth coming for only a beautiful pour of Guinness that’s served with a smile.

I searched for a pub that does a Sunday roast and I struck gold with this place! Last week I had the roast beef (which was outstanding!) and this week I’m having the lamb (just as incredible!). I thought it was great value for money too because it comes with half a bottle of wine and it comes to €16,50. The service is 5 stars too… I couldn’t recommend this place enough! I’m coming next week for the roast pork! 😅

Authentic Irish Pub in the heart of Cascais. Beautiful inside and out. Music and food on weekends. They stock great spirits and beers and ales. Can't rate the food cuz I haven't tried it yet, but I'm coming back. Highly recommend.

👍👍 Such an amazing place! You won't regret going here! It's easy to travel to Guincho beach from Cascais Terminal, with the bus no 415 or hop on hop off bus. The wind was quite strong, it's good the have a jacket or a hoodie when the sun is not shining. The water has freezing cold (on June 13th), and t...

😠 We ate here tonight and it was awful! We live in the area and had been wanting to try it because the music filtering down to the street has always been lovely.
