What a pleasant surprise! Yesterday we were spoiled in Eneko Lisboa and today at so far one of the best sushi restaurants we have been dining in around the world. As for the restaurant, the speed and quality of service, or staff Supremo Sushi keeps quite a high standard. The Chef's Speciality dish offers a fair selection of sushi and the taste of raw tuna, salmon, and white fish was just wonderful.

Place is amazing, my wife is Japanese and this is the only place nearby with acceptable sushi by her standards. The food is authentic but offers fusion in a tasteful way, it has a lot of diversity to choose from. The staff is super nice and thoughtful, their timing is impeccable too. The kitchen staff is very homogenous and the way they present food is very stable, the food's quality will always be the same. The prices are too good to be true, you'd somehow expect a catch but they are just genuine and provide a good quality service focused on empathy and celebrating the food.

Amazing food - Amazing prices The service was exceptional too - We had the best waiters last night (20/09/22) they are a massive asset to the restaurant. The interior was very tidy and sophisticated Only thing I'd recommend is having an English version of the menu or a few others languages too (just a tip from a tourist!) :) 100% recommend this restaurant.

Excellent serving and good quality choices but the rice was not the most expertly cooked I have seen.

Service was quite slow and the combi menus were smaller than expected (lots of sashimi) The sushi, especially the hot rolls are nice but remember to order enough.

Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, clean atmosphere, but futomoki with mango, strawberry and cream cheese?... quite the surprise. Ok food, but to Japanese this would be probably be insulting.
