Over hyped feel free to skip this place… the Gelato doesn’t even taste like real gelato!

The ice cream is very splendid and I had an emasculate dessert after going to bullguer I really enjoyed the milk shake because they make it perfect with perfect amounts of milk and ice cream super recommend it

Excelent Ice cream. The only critic is that it sometimes gets too long to be served and thereb aren't enough places to sit.

The best ice cream parlour around these parts. The creator of this ice cream back in the 50s was a good friend of my father.

I love the pistachio ice cream. Very cozy place. I loved playing with Jello Ballo, while waiting for my cake. Which is also awesome!

Santini, it is a great ice cream though it is no longer what it was 25 years ago in Cascais and before expansion... It was with surprise that we found that all ice cream flavours have eggs, even those made out of fruit .

The quality of the ice cream is very nice, however the variety of flavors is quite standard. I’d love to have more variety!

I particularly like Santini's fruit flavors, like passion fruit, lemon, melon, and especially the strawberry one. Wished they would have a little less sugar, though. They make their own ice-cream cones and these are very good. The red and white stripes have always been a statement, but their rebranding a few years back made it into an (even more) recognizable brand, with venues now in several places in Lisbon. This one in Carcavelos, where they actually make the ice-cream, is open until quite late, making it a good place to grab a cone or a cup after dinner.

Could have a better outside space.

Good quality, high prices, small portions. I remember when I was younger, santini used to be something huge, the best ice cream place in Portugal. Now it’s just it’s skeleton living in its reputation’s place. Seems like an overpriced although high quality option if you have close to 5€ for 2 scoops. Eventhough it’s very good, it’s just not the same and that’s hard to come by. If u can afford it there’s no reason to not come.

Deserts are nice, ice-creams are good, but are overrated, in my opinion, they are not worth it to stand in line for 10 minutes. They should organize themselves better to avoid it.
