The
best
thing
about
this
house
is
the
food
prepared
by
Felipe
and
team,
who
prepare
super
good
breakfast,
lunch
and
dinner
every
day.
Apart
from
that,
the
house
is
seriously
mismanaged.
First,
I
tried
to
arrange
the
airport
pickup
(which
we
paid
€45
for)
the
week
before
going.
I
couldn't
reach
anyone
in
the
house
even
though
I
called
three
different
numbers
dozens
of
times,
sent
emails
to
two
different
accounts
and
reached
out
on
facebook
and
instagram.
Eventually
I
got
a
hold
of
someone
and
managed
to
arrange
a
pick
up
the
evening
before
our
arrival.
When
we
arrived
at
the
house,
no
employee
was
to
be
seen
until
eventually
Felipe
(the
chef)
saw
us
and
showed
us
to
our
tent.
We
found
out
that
the
people
in
the
other
tents
had
booked
rooms
in
the
house
but
were
"upgraded"
to
the
tents
because
the
manager
had
accidentally
double
booked
the
house
(nice
little
surprise).
The
sauna
is
really
aged
(with
partly
broken
benches
inside)
and
we
were
able
to
use
it
once
before
it
broke
down
completely.
The
manager
promised
to
fix
it
the
next
day,
and
then
the
next
day,
then
the
next
day,
etc.
but
never
did;
the
jacuzzi
was
broken
also
and
looked
like
they
are
not
even
trying
to
fix
it.
One
morning
we
didn't
have
water
in
the
tents
anymore,
i.e.
shower,
toilet
and
sink
were
unusable.
No
one
explained
what
happened,
whether
they
were
working
on
it
or
offered
alternatives
(e.g.
where
could
we
shower
now?).
We
had
to
figure
it
out
ourselves
and
for
a
few
days
I
just
showered
in
a
random
unlocked
bathroom
that
belonged
to
another
room.
The
team
around
Björn
(who
is
amazing)
tried
their
best
to
fix
it
and
eventually
managed
a
workaround
so
that
we
could
actually
use
the
bathrooms
in
the
tent.
But
that
workaround
broke
down
again
every
other
day.
One
time
we
learned
that
our
surf
session
the
next
day
was
moved
from
3pm
to
11am
through
a
comment
made
by
the
external
yoga
teacher.
Never
mind
anyone
in
the
house
sharing
that
rather
crucial
information
with
us.
Just
shows
you
how
little
communication
there
is
between
management
and
guests.
Also,
as
it
is
getting
colder
outside,
the
yoga
is
done
in
the
dining
hall.
The
floor
of
that
room
is
covered
in
sand
and
food
crumbs
and
I
have
not
once
seen
anyone
clean
it
(or
the
tables).
This
is
the
floor
on
which
you
can
do
yoga,
on
mats
that
I
believe
also
are
never
cleaned.
Not
so
pleasant.
I
still
had
a
fun
time
there
due
to
some
team
members
(Björn,
Felipe
and
team)
and
by
having
a
really
nice
group
of
guests
around
us.
But
details
matter,
especially
if
you
try
to
sell
this
house
as
a
premium
camp.
And
the
details
failed
us
this
week,
mostly
due
to
management.
