English is spoken here. Good food. Pleasant staff. Pool is nice. Summer temperatures were in low 70’s and sunny. More expensive than the rest of Portugal, but worth it.

Great hotel that is central to many nearby attractions. 15 min from Sinatra and 15 from Cascais. Gym w/ hydrotherapy pools, sauna and steam bath. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

Had an amazing time at the Sharaton, as me and my partner were there to visit family and look at wedding venues! We were upgraded to a two bed apartment and we was so surprised, definitely made our trip! We plan to be back same time next year for the wedding! Many thanks to Joao C as we wanted to check out slightly later to enjoy the spa and he helped us so kindly with this! Cannot fault this hotel!

I went to Sheraton Cascais for a 3 night stay with my boyfriend and everything about it was amazing. The deluxe suite where we stayed at was extremely complete and very comfortable (the living room area and the bedroom are great). Highly recommend the dinner at the Glass Terrace Restaurant, the Flow Up Bar (great vegetarian burger), the weekend brunch (most complete brunch with live music I've ever been to) and the spa! They also have a package (Ride & Stay) where they take you on a walk/class of horseback riding with a local riding school - totally loved the experience!! I wish I can do it again in the future. The breakfast is also complete and I advise to have it outside as the surroundings are beautiful. The gorgeous and large swimming pool is also a plus to the resort. Regarding the staff, it was always really helpful and caring to us. Totally recommend it if you want to rest and spend a lovely time in Cascais!

The hotel is the perfect mix of service and comfort. We had a really lively time there with the kids. The hotel is perfect for families, but also for singles, couple or work. The surroundings are also breath taking.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. The hotel and personnel were just amazing. We’ve just spend 3 days there with a group of 9 people and everyone had an incredible time. We booked 2x2 bedrooms suites and they were just so beautiful, super modern, super spacious, I believe they were just renovated? But the highlight of the stay was the people, they were kind and very helpful, we came for my sister bachelorette party and they prepared us a little surprise at check in with ballons, champagne, fruit platter and decorations. My sister was super suprised and really loved it. Not sure if the hotel will read this but thanks a lot it was a perfect week end thanks to you!! They really went an extra mile and it felt so special. We will definitely come back (even considering to smart work from there some time to time). (I also want to particularly thank Luis, Marta & Miguel at reception for your amazing help and kindness in case they read this)

This place is really amazing. Hidden in the middle of Cascais close to Praia do Guincho. You will find a gem in the middle of the woods. We loved our stay here. The pool is amazing and the staff is very kind.

Lovely place, grounds well maintained, hotel very clean and stylish. Room was excellent- bright spacious with a small kitchenette. Pool complex nice color with plenty of loungers. This place is in a very nice area close to the sea front and beaches. Cascais Town is a 15 min bike ride along the front. On checking out we were given one final treat - a box of chocolates!

Like most people my overall experience was good, however I did have issues with my bill at checkout. Some additional items appeared that I didn't order, movies and restaurant charges. I think it would be good practice to keep all your receipts when changing items to your room or even paying by cards or cash.

Stayed here for 3 days in October and was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the environment was. If you are looking for locational convenience, this place is not great. However, if you are looking for a couple of days of peace and quiet, the Sheraton Cascais is all aces. Marriott loyalists are treated well and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast at this hotel is the highlight of the stay with a simple yet amazingly delicious spread. Probably among the Top 5 hotel breakfasts I’ve had in my over three decades of travel. Would have been five stars with the exception of the WiFi which is begrudgingly slow. Be prepared with your own cellular plan if you want to do a bit of work from here.

Love this hotel! Have now stayed here 3 times and will continue to go back, subject to the prices remaining competitive in the area.. Don't stay here if you are expecting to be close to the nightlife and beaches of Cascais - as these are around 5km's away.. Do stay here if you want to completely relax, enjoy the peace and quiet of the local area, the large pools and very comfortable guest bedrooms.. Of course, you can take the free shuttle down to Cascais, use Uber (€5-€7 each way), or simply walk.. Don't dismiss some of the less touristy, great bars and restaurants in nearby Torre (around a 3km walk away). Other than a slight disappointment with our group booking and disappointing service in the hotel bars (minor issues), all of our trips to the Sheraton Cascais have been great..

Very good hotel. We have been living here for several months and we really like everything. Great area with a pool. Only I believe that the wooden coating has long been changed. In addition to the bad appearance, it is now not safe. It's very easy to hurt your foot. Until the high season begins, I would very much like to be put in order.

Nice hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast and staff very friendly. Exterior pool was not half heated as they say in their website. Inside pool is heated, but too small. Overall a good experience.

I’ll start with what I liked about the hotel: The outside is great, you’re surrounded by nature and the grounds are well kept. Also the rooms are very nice with some small exceptions. Lastly the staff was also very nice and helpful. Now regarding my problems with the hotel: Everything is extremely expensive, which would be fine if the quality of the things you’re paying for were high quality, however this is just not the case. In the restaurant everything was extremely greasy and not fresh, I also had a small orange juice at the pool bar which was extremely watery. If you want to watch movies on the tv in the room you can rent a movie for 10€. The WiFi also didn’t work for us the first day and the next day it was very slow. If you plan on staying here I would recommend driving over to the next town where we got a full breakfast including sandwich, coffee and juice for two, for the price of one portion of loaded fries at the hotel (12€).

went for brunch - the food was simply poor quality, poor choice (eg no fish based dishes, just 1 meat, no freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruit consisted of melon…deserts were industrial quality… and I can go on) l. Price : over 60€/person. It’s pure and simple robbery. We wrote to the guest service - still no answer.
