I want to leave a review about the spa procedure I received during my stay at Sheraton Cascais Resort. I selected to do a "Scrub hammam ritual," which wasn't even close to it. The lady took me to the steam room, applied composition to the front of the body, which wasn't even a scrub, and washed it off immediately. Then when I asked why she didn't apply it to my back, she apologized and applied it, but it looked like she was doing this procedure for the first time ever in her life. After she washed away my back, she applied one more composition, but AGAIN only to the front of my body. She turned on the steam and left me alone there. I was there alone for about 10 min, I started not feeling well, and I didn't have enough breath. The room was completely filled with steam. After that, I left that room. After that, I went to the spa reception, and the same lady was giving me the service. I tried to explain to her what had happened and that I didn't feel well. She just apologized and said that it was my problem and asked me to pay for this procedure, and for the inconvenience that I had, she applied 20% off. I already had this kind of spa in different hotels worldwide and knew what to expect. However, this is the first time I have met this terrible service.

Very good hotel. We have been living here for several months and we really like everything. Great area with a pool. Only I believe that the wooden coating has long been changed. In addition to the bad appearance, it is now not safe. It's very easy to hurt your foot. Until the high season begins, I would very much like to be put in order.

Located in the heart of Quinta da Marinha, the most exclusive area of the village of Cascais, @SheratonCascais is the answer for those looking to enjoy the best that the western coast of Europe has to offer. We had a wonderful short stay in a pleasant and relaxing resort atmosphere. Excellent Resort… quiet and peaceful with top notch service staff. The entire hotel team is amazing and paid full attention to every detail that made our stay perfect. We very much enjoyed our suite with a private balcony and stunning garden view. The breakfast was also so delicious at the Glass Terrace Restaurant. Our entire experience from the time we checked in and checked out has been memorable. I would recommend anyone to visit and we would be visiting again very soon.

The location is beautiful, close to the sea and just within walking distance with great bike paths. The facility is very well maintained, offers space for rest and relaxation and the size and equipment of the rooms is great. The wifi was really bad. The kitchen is suitable for smaller dishes, as there is a lack of equipment here. Unfortunately the cleanliness of the rooms was not as reliable. The shuttle service to Cascais as well as the transfer to the airport were reliable and very friendly. The staff at breakfast was outstanding in service whereas the rest of the staff did not score as well. There were difficulties in getting the broken safe repaired, booking bicycles and finally we were issued the wrong bill at checkout. All in all rather a 4 star hotel.

Overall clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was fresh and well stocked. Lovely quite location. Resturant not great. Service isn't 5 star. Baby protective sheet made for a very uncomfortable first night, not even sure why a plastic sheet was even on the bed, I removed it as my request went unfulfilled. Long Island ice tea was served in the smallest plastic glass possible, its called Long for a reason. No kids club open, only summer, this was not indicated when we booked as was part of the reason we did book, pool to cold so little to offer the kids. For 5 star I expect the staff to of been more attentive, gossipy residents over heard saying turn over was high so here I would assume lays the issue. Wouldn't rate it 5 stars

Great hotel that is central to many nearby attractions. 15 min from Sinatra and 15 from Cascais. Gym w/ hydrotherapy pools, sauna and steam bath. Would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.

went for brunch - the food was simply poor quality, poor choice (eg no fish based dishes, just 1 meat, no freshly squeezed juice, fresh fruit consisted of melon…deserts were industrial quality… and I can go on) l. Price : over 60€/person. It’s pure and simple robbery. We wrote to the guest service - still no answer.

Location in a sought after area but not much that can be walked to, a car is a must. For us, the location was great as we were looking for a resort stay. Housekeeping could be earlier on in the day but I guess it depends on the number of rooms that need to be turned over for new guests. We went off peak; end of September so cannot say how it is during the vacations so it was quiet but had many companies hold conferences there during our stay. Staff very professional and nothing was too small an ask, thank you for looking after us.

Really awesome team of staff! Very attentive and they go above and beyond to make your stay a good one. Restaurant was good too. The manager there was very professional. Kudos to Sara at the front.

I truly appreciated our stay there. The service was really good. Everyone was always asking us if things were ok and if they could do anything for us. Great service. Rooms were very cosy. Super gym. And the breakfast buffer was amazing!

We were very happy with the Sheraton Cascais. It is is located in a tranquil, wooded area, close to the ocean (15 minute walk), and only a 10-15 minute drive to the town of Cascais. After spending the day in town, it was nice having a hotel in a quiet, peaceful setting to return to. They also have a nice, large pool. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, and the staff were all friendly. All in a all, a very nice place. We would stay here again.

This resort is awesome. Great location, service and very clean. Their staff is very friendly and helpful. Always willing to help or provide any insights of the resort, area, or Portugal in general. For example, Ruben at the front desk is an amazing person and was extremely attentive and very helpful. Also, Edgar at the Glass restaurant is great, very helpful and provided great service every time we were at the restaurant. Additionally, the resort is not too far from Praia de Guincho and the center of Cascais. Highly recommend.

Great location to visit the beach, and Lisboa is only 20 minutes away. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The rooms( suites) are big and comfortable with a space for every member of the family. Outdoor space and pool are perfect for kids to play and explore!

Beautiful grounds, well-appointed and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast, nice gym with a sauna and Turkish bath centre, all a 10-minute walk from a golf course. We loved our stay here!

Best place to stay in Cascais. If you are looking for a truly paradise very close to the capital Lisbon, so Sheraton is the right place to enjoy the area, while you taste the best Portuguese flavors thought the breakfast, the restaurant or the amazing brunch that are available in the resort’ The room was not a room… was a huge apartment, where we could stay there forever. Is more than an accommodation, is a place to live. We will definitely come back, and visit the amazing staff again!

Beautiful hotel, perfect for honeymoons, small group retreats and getaways in a lovely location on a large piece of land. Very spacious and open, fresh and elegant. Great selection of food options and lovely and helpful staff.

I stayed at the hotel during a business trip to Lisbon. I received an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite which based on my Marriott Elite Status would not have been required. The check-in process took quite long and I had to wait roughly an hour to receive my key - mind you this was after 6PM and not an early check-in. The outside of the resort is beautiful and the rooms are clean, well equipped and spacious. I had one unfortunate incident which is why I decided to rate the service 3/5. Since, we were able to find a satisfactory solution, I still rate the overall experience 5/5. Quick rundown on what happened: Two of my white dresshirts (branded and custom-tailored) disappeared from the room after room service came through. I cannot discount that I might have left one of them on the bed and it got tangled up with the sheets, howeveer the other one was folded on the table next to the bed. The staff was not able to locate my items and I had to leave without them. The first interactions with the staff were quite unstructured and they did not contact me during the next days as was promised. However, they were able to send one of my shirts that turned up to my home address and purchsed a new one, since the other remained lost. The process took 2 months. Due to this long period of time, the hotel management decided to approach me with additional means of compensation, which I accepted. Overall, the service - not only as part of the incident - and customer communication can be improved.

Lovely place, grounds well maintained, hotel very clean and stylish. Room was excellent- bright spacious with a small kitchenette. Pool complex nice color with plenty of loungers. This place is in a very nice area close to the sea front and beaches. Cascais Town is a 15 min bike ride along the front. On checking out we were given one final treat - a box of chocolates!

Had an amazing time at the Sharaton, as me and my partner were there to visit family and look at wedding venues! We were upgraded to a two bed apartment and we was so surprised, definitely made our trip! We plan to be back same time next year for the wedding! Many thanks to Joao C as we wanted to check out slightly later to enjoy the spa and he helped us so kindly with this! Cannot fault this hotel!

Love this hotel! Have now stayed here 3 times and will continue to go back, subject to the prices remaining competitive in the area.. Don't stay here if you are expecting to be close to the nightlife and beaches of Cascais - as these are around 5km's away.. Do stay here if you want to completely relax, enjoy the peace and quiet of the local area, the large pools and very comfortable guest bedrooms.. Of course, you can take the free shuttle down to Cascais, use Uber (€5-€7 each way), or simply walk.. Don't dismiss some of the less touristy, great bars and restaurants in nearby Torre (around a 3km walk away). Other than a slight disappointment with our group booking and disappointing service in the hotel bars (minor issues), all of our trips to the Sheraton Cascais have been great..

I went to Sheraton Cascais for a 3 night stay with my boyfriend and everything about it was amazing. The deluxe suite where we stayed at was extremely complete and very comfortable (the living room area and the bedroom are great). Highly recommend the dinner at the Glass Terrace Restaurant, the Flow Up Bar (great vegetarian burger), the weekend brunch (most complete brunch with live music I've ever been to) and the spa! They also have a package (Ride & Stay) where they take you on a walk/class of horseback riding with a local riding school - totally loved the experience!! I wish I can do it again in the future. The breakfast is also complete and I advise to have it outside as the surroundings are beautiful. The gorgeous and large swimming pool is also a plus to the resort. Regarding the staff, it was always really helpful and caring to us. Totally recommend it if you want to rest and spend a lovely time in Cascais!

Stayed here for 3 days in October and was pleasantly surprised by how peaceful the environment was. If you are looking for locational convenience, this place is not great. However, if you are looking for a couple of days of peace and quiet, the Sheraton Cascais is all aces. Marriott loyalists are treated well and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast at this hotel is the highlight of the stay with a simple yet amazingly delicious spread. Probably among the Top 5 hotel breakfasts I’ve had in my over three decades of travel. Would have been five stars with the exception of the WiFi which is begrudgingly slow. Be prepared with your own cellular plan if you want to do a bit of work from here.

I’ll start with what I liked about the hotel: The outside is great, you’re surrounded by nature and the grounds are well kept. Also the rooms are very nice with some small exceptions. Lastly the staff was also very nice and helpful. Now regarding my problems with the hotel: Everything is extremely expensive, which would be fine if the quality of the things you’re paying for were high quality, however this is just not the case. In the restaurant everything was extremely greasy and not fresh, I also had a small orange juice at the pool bar which was extremely watery. If you want to watch movies on the tv in the room you can rent a movie for 10€. The WiFi also didn’t work for us the first day and the next day it was very slow. If you plan on staying here I would recommend driving over to the next town where we got a full breakfast including sandwich, coffee and juice for two, for the price of one portion of loaded fries at the hotel (12€).

The hotel is the perfect mix of service and comfort. We had a really lively time there with the kids. The hotel is perfect for families, but also for singles, couple or work. The surroundings are also breath taking.

One of the best stays I’ve ever had. The hotel and personnel were just amazing. We’ve just spend 3 days there with a group of 9 people and everyone had an incredible time. We booked 2x2 bedrooms suites and they were just so beautiful, super modern, super spacious, I believe they were just renovated? But the highlight of the stay was the people, they were kind and very helpful, we came for my sister bachelorette party and they prepared us a little surprise at check in with ballons, champagne, fruit platter and decorations. My sister was super suprised and really loved it. Not sure if the hotel will read this but thanks a lot it was a perfect week end thanks to you!! They really went an extra mile and it felt so special. We will definitely come back (even considering to smart work from there some time to time). (I also want to particularly thank Luis, Marta & Miguel at reception for your amazing help and kindness in case they read this)

This place is really amazing. Hidden in the middle of Cascais close to Praia do Guincho. You will find a gem in the middle of the woods. We loved our stay here. The pool is amazing and the staff is very kind.

Like most people my overall experience was good, however I did have issues with my bill at checkout. Some additional items appeared that I didn't order, movies and restaurant charges. I think it would be good practice to keep all your receipts when changing items to your room or even paying by cards or cash.

Nice hotel. Great rooms, great breakfast and staff very friendly. Exterior pool was not half heated as they say in their website. Inside pool is heated, but too small. Overall a good experience.

English is spoken here. Good food. Pleasant staff. Pool is nice. Summer temperatures were in low 70’s and sunny. More expensive than the rest of Portugal, but worth it.
