The sushi is good, but overpriced. There are better places for better value for money. In addition a very disappointing part of the experience was the service. The owner who took our order and served us was overbearing. She took liberties without consulting us and called my partner ‘stupid’ for having had a snack before coming and therefore taking the last roll of sushi as takeaway.

Had a superb Sushi dinner here, extremely fresh, made to order, we’ve been to Japan a lot and this compares favourably. Usually you get what you pay for, here you do. Definitely recommended.

Probably the best Sashimi I have eaten outside of Asia. The quality of the fish is outstanding for Europe. The owner explained how she scours the world for the best fish supplies from Japan to Canada and it certainly shows. If you are into Japanese sushi, sashimi etc. or you want an authentic taste outside of Japan then don’t miss this opportunity. Every dish we tried was excellent. Soft shell crab, spicy tuna etc.

3 weeks in Portugal, the family decided to give Japanese a go and we loved it! Mixed sashimi and Uramaki (spicy tuna and soft shell crab) were outstanding. Living in Asia, we’ve had plenty of Japanese and Ka Sushi ranks up there on quality. Spicy tuna has heat 🌶️, just the way we love it ☺️ ♥️. Wishing the restaurant an awesome 2024 and we look forward to being back…!

Restaurante Ka Sushi Cave has to be on your list of places to dine when you visit Cascais Portugal. We were greeted by the son of the owner with a big warm smile. The family run business has perfected the art of sushi. While I can only give this establishment a five star review, they deserve more more. The fish was so fresh it melted like butter in my mouth and exploded with mouth watering flavor. We will return. A "must visit" destination.

Really enjoyed our Sushi. Freshly made to order, high quality ingredients, not cheap but definitely worth the money if you’re happy to pay for it.

This hidden gem off the beaten path in Cascais was a wonderful discovery. After struggling to find a dinner spot on a busy Wednesday evening, the staff at Ka immediately made us feel welcomed and found us a table without a reservation. The local fish coupled with international flavours made for a distinct and unforgettable sushi experience. I highly recommend the Tuna Tatake and sashimi assortment. Even my daughter that didn't eat had a fantastic time.

There is nothing else to say about this place other than the best sushi in Lisbon. From the quality of the food, the attention by the waiters. Creates a truly memorable experience down in cascais. Would recommend without any hesitation. Thank you to the wonderful owner Sanya.

Best sushi place around! Service is at the highest level, extremely friendly stuff and the food is just amazing. The location is also great, you can sit outside on a very small and cozy street or inside with great interior and awesome art pieces! You shouldn’t miss it if you come to Lisbon.

Highly recommended. First class japonese food, like you would find in any big city restaurant. We followed owner's suggestions to order and the dishes were amazing. Very friendly staff, always willing to help. We will come back soon.

One of the best sushi places! The food was delicious. All of the dishes were top notch. On top of that, the prices were reasonable. Would definitely recommend to other travelers and locals. The restaurant was very clean, but rather empty. It is located in Cascais city centre and is easy to reach on foot. The waiter was very polite and helpful and was patient to explain what the dishes contained. The menu was short, but had a great selection of dishes: sushi, starters, soups, salads, mains

One of the best sushi we’ve ever had. The fish was very fresh and tender and the creations were all very carefully and freshly made by the sushi chef. The owner’s home made ice cream is a secret tip, also one of the best ever. If this hadn’t been our last night in Lisbon, we would’ve definitely come back!

What an exceptional dinner I had in this beautiful, quaint restaurant in Cascais. The presentation was unbelievable, the food totally delicious. Every plate of food was brought with love, attention to detail and creativity. The restaurant owners have everything under control, the service was so smooth. I felt like a VIP guest. Most importantly, the food is out of this world. I am full yet left wanting more. A definite worthwhile spot in Cascais

Top notch sushi served here. Rune was fantastic. I would highly recommend Ka Sushi Cave, best sushi in Cascais by far.

Best sushi we had in a very long time, and we eat sushi twice per week at least. They really care about quality. We love that they stick to traditional dishes, no fusion bs.

Outstanding food, amazing flavours and very good quality sushi. Real attention to detail which made our night super special. A peaceful sanctuary with lovely decor and intimate service. Highly recommended!

Incredible sushi! The softshell crab was delicious and so we ordered a second roll, highly recommend this! The salmon nigiri was quite top heavy but not bad, just needed more rice. Gyozas were cooked perfect, very soft and flavourful. Service felt a little bit rushed but overall the staff were friendly and we enjoyed our evening.

One of the best sushi places we visited. Been here twice and both time we were delighted. The restaurant is a family business, so you can experience the extra-care they put in the service, food and ambiance. The fish is so fresh and tender it melts, the sushi is made with care to details and delicious. Highly recommend!
