I'm not sure why some have posted about poor service or food, but my experience here was excellent. The setting was wonderful, with a beautiful ocean view. The food was also excellent. The seafood platter was delicious, especially the perfectly cooked lobster and well prepared sea bream. I see some complaints about bland or unseasoned food, but that was not my experience. I felt the food was seasoned lightly but done so to respect and highlight the freshness and natural flavors of the delicious seafood. I would definitely eat here again!

Come to this restaurant without reservation, and get a warm welcome. We sat on the balcony with awesome view to the sea. pure pleasure, the sea-bass great and the shrimps are totally amazing !! and its not trivial tried another shrimp at Cascais, and it wasn't good and fresh. highly recommended restaurant for seafood and fish lovers.

This was the best food experience that we had during our trip to Lisbon! The wait staff was PHENOMENAL. They were hilarious and knowledgeable about the entire menu. The food was delicious and flavorful and portion sizes were huge. The bread and mayonnaise are amazing, but don’t fill up on it because the food is too good. ENJOY!!! Would come back here for every meal if I could.

Nice but expensive. The view is spectacular and servers are great. Food and wine were good but more expensive than I expected. Should have been excellent for that cost.

Great service and delicious food. More on the posh side but price was relatively affordable than the restos we went to in Lisbon. Ordered seafood platter, 2 entrées and a bottle of white wine.

This is an amazing seafood restaurant, and it truly exceeded our expectations. It's a “hidden” gem, perfect for both visitors and locals alike - although I think the secrete is out for a while. The highlight of the menu was their shared platters - fish and shrimps or the seafood Platten , which offered a delectable combination of various seafood delights (e.g local lobster, tiger prawns und mussels) The restaurant is simple and it’s easy going , yet it had a unique character that made the dining experience stand out. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone - great and helpful waiters. One tip : reserve a table in advance, especially during peak hours. The restaurant's popularity can result in a bustling crowd, so securing a reservation ensures you don't miss out on this fantastic culinary experience. Whether you're a seafood enthusiast or simply looking for a memorable dining experience, this restaurant is an excellent choice. The shared platters provide a great opportunity to savor a variety of flavors, making it ideal for group gatherings or a delightful treat for two. It's a place where the freshness of the seafood, the inviting ambiance, and the fantastic shared platters come together to create a memorable dining experience.

Incredible experience. Went with friends and luckily got a last min outside table, what a night! We had oysters, the seafood platter with yummy lobster etc and we tried 40 year old port with desert. The service was 5 stars ⭐️ and honestly they couldn’t do enough, so friendly & welcoming we had the best night. Thank you for a wonderful, memorable evening!

We left our hearts there, mainly because the waiter Pedro…we had some issues with our order, but the way how he dealt with all that…he couln’t let us leave not perfectly happy and did extraordinary job. We left as the happiest persons in the world. Thank you ❤️ And the oysters are fabulous !

Great restaurant! It's located right next to Boca do Inferno, a beautiful natural wonder. They serve incredibly delicious and fresh seafood. We had seabass, sea urchin, and goose barnacles. These were outstanding! I recommend eating at this restaurant right after admiring the beautiful Boca do Inferno.

I’m in heaven!! My friend and family know that I often say “if it comes out of a body of water, I will eat it!” There are very few seafood options that I have not tried. Knock one off the small list today as I had sea snails. Along with oysters with the best red wine mignonette marinade I have ever had in my life! Perfectly cooked red shrimp from Algarve, Portugal, crawfish (didn’t expect to find them here in Portugal??) and steamed clams. Along with a very nice vinho verde and some yummy bread. I’ve got a mile walk back to the train station and I don’t even care.

Great location at Boca de Inferno. The fish and seafood served was really fresh and my prawns were brought out to our table for a 👍👎 before being cooked which was a nice touch. Small criticism is that it was a touch overcooked. The work rate of the waiters was really high - very attentive and helpful with the selection. Overall, a really special experience in Cascais!

What a wonderful experience we’ve had! Most beautiful and mouth watering seafood rice and dessert to follow. Our server Luis was very hospitable and looked after us very well. Will definitely be back next time we are in Portugal again.

First off, great thanks to Antonio for being a very kind person and seating us on our special occasion. Without him, we wouldn’t have had a chance to try this place. Once seated, Frederico was our waiter and he definitely left an impression and highlight on the evening. Fred was very friendly and ready to share his recommendations, which were absolutely on point. He also adjusted for special requests and made the whole evening very wholesome. Definitely recommend this place for all your seafood needs.

Exquisitely located by the historic Cascais cave, the restaurant view was lovely. Few things to beware of, the waiters don't speak fluent English so you gotta be very slow with reviewing the order and making sure it's correct. At some point I felt rushed to order so I told him to explain slowly and confirmed that we both are on the same page. Fish was super fresh and extremely delicious as well as the seafood soup 😋 it's a bit pricey but worth every €

Absolutely excellent! Never mind the comments saying it is too expensive, we spent 133 euro for 3 and we could hardly finish what was in the tray. Super fresh, abundant, and tasty. Excellent service too.

Near Boca do Inferno. Located in the outskirts of Cascais, around 20 minutes walking. This seafood restaurant is a must! If you want to enjoy the terrace with an ocean view you have to book in advance or go early. You will find a lot fish and seafood that you can choose on display. Prices are mostly on kilograms, so it's a bit confusing. The best seller are the suggested sharing plates. The portions were abundant, so be careful on ordering. Service was attentive and great on suggestions. Prices are pretty high but are worth to pay. We definitely recommend it !!

Excellent location near the famous Boca do Inferno, and the food is freshly prepared. The only critique is that the spaghetti was overcooked and too oily. Apart from that, the fish was absolutely delicious.

Seafood restaurant close by cascais centre .sangria is too sweet like lots of sugar . Seafood test is ok. Octopus salad bit much sour. Atmosphere is fantastic by cliffs and sea.

😐 So, firstly, the food here was very good! The starters were very tasty and huge portions (so beware unless you're really hungry), and the pizzas we had were delicious. And if you have a table by the window facing the sea, the view is lovely. However... overall experience was soured by poor service....

👍👍 Perfection. Spider crab was very well cooked, and was cut and set to eat with least effort. Steamed octopus was so tender and seafood rice had rich taste. And all the foods went so well with green wine. Wish I could visit again.
