    Fast food has to change... Prices are through the roof and you get more value for your money at a normal, traditional Restaurant. For example: a three person Family eats more, for less elsewhere...and that includes Soup, Bread, Main Meal, Drinks and Coffee! Even Though Cascais Burger King has a Great Drive Thru Experience. Fast and efficient.

    Taking Fast out of Fastfood. Doesn't get slower than this! Finally on the board for pickup after 30 minutes it disappeared and they don't know where my order is. Getting my money back took forever, no apologies or even making eye contact. Very poor

    1h wait for our orders. Still came out wrong, same as the three ones before. Both missing ingredients and wrong burgers. After we finally got our orders, we overheard some more people saying their orders were also wrong. Also, most of the sandwiches and snacks were already prepared and on the expedition line, however they were just sitting there. Completely understaffed for a Saturday evening and the ones present do not feel like they had proper training before. Extremely disappointing. If it wasn't for the Burger Kings I usually go to in other parts of Portugal that I already trust I would not come back

    Few activities for kids place was cold when we were there despite very few people there and I've waited too much for the food my kids requested me cartoons WiFi was not working/available. I normally like Burger King taste but was not happy with overall atmosphere there may be it's staff or bad management but restaurant is not attractive

    The food is not good. I do not recommend if looking for a fast food restaurant. Just go to McDonald’s down the restaurant 😭

    Wish I could give no stars. I went to through the drive thru late at night. I ordered mozzarella sticks and when they gave us the receipt they charged for it. Then when the server came to give us the food they said the burgers with the mozzarella sticks. It was too late at night and I was hungry so when we got home we checked and no mozzarella sticks so we later went back and told them they said they didn’t care since we should have come back earlier and drove all the way back and told them. Very disappointed.

    I wish I could give zero stars. The staff are beyond rude and almost on the verge of discrimination. Since I have been in Portugal I have never experienced such blatant hatred and rudness. How this specific burger king has not closed down I have no idea. Food tasted disgusting too. Every reply on every review is the same pathetic reply. I will post recordings and photos on every platform. Despicable and I hope this finally shows some results

    Staffs were lazy! It stated closed at 1am. We arrived 00:45am to take away. Since we live just next to the corner, so we didn’t take the car. Staff said 1am only for drive through. I said I can bring my car here. It take 2 mins. They he said, drive through close. 12:50am! I said it’s not 1am yet. Again staff said they are short of staffs! 3 excuses just to refuse to work as they committed to their clients!!!

    The SLOWEST fast food I've ever experienced. Spent over 25 minutes waiting for a simple kids meal. Also the staff are entirely useless and have no customer service skills at all.

    Every time we go this place we wait for over 30min in the drive through. We wait for people to take our order, we wait for people to give us the food, no justification and no apologies. Horrible service, not sure why I bother coming back - starting to think I shouldn’t. Do better, we certainly pay enough for our food!

    Beware of ordering here for delivery with Uber Eats. Their delivery didn't show up, and they canceled the order with no refund. Wouldn't recommend ordering here.

    The worst smelling Burger King. Several months ago I came here and the women’s toilets smelled like the sewer. I complained and they said they were fixing it. Today I went again and the toilets are still smelling the same.

    Order a Double Steakhouse. It barely had any bacon, so I went to rectify. They made me a new one, but this time they only gave the Single Steakhouse (not Double). And, again, barely any bacon in it. I didn’t have the nerve to complain again. Also, self-ordering machines don’t accept contactless payments (e.g., Apple Pay, MBWay, etc.), so bring your physical cards.

    Sad experience Horrible customer service for the3rd time Never going back! After 15min waiting in the street for my order They forgot my drinks and had to go back and ask! And gave me the worst attitude about it! ( they always take that much time by the way) Also 1 whopper a King Chicken Package & 9 nuggets but only 2 ketchups: could not get more! They said that was enough! Had to talk to the manager to get 3 More ; unbelievable! OMG Something should change at this place or Burger King should intervene On your reply: Unfortunately for you guys McDonalds has a much better customer service and a excellent experience all around! So you hace only a better location but that’s hardly enough if you keep abusing your customers!!!

    Service was bad, not friendly, picking her arm wast explaining badly what menu had, but starting by saying download the app you can see it there...no one was behind us...place looked dark and dirty, during lunch

    The place usually looks like a dumpster, not a restaurant, with the trash bins all full, and dirty trays. In Portugal it is very difficult to find a good franchise of anything. The french fries are always near cold, the onion rings look like they have been made on the previous week, all soaked in oil, never crispy, and the hamburgers are not garnished like in the US, they are always very poorly served with subpar lettuce and the buns sometimes are cold. They are always making mistakes on the orders, forgetting some food and if you don’t ask for ketchup they consistently forget to add it to the tray or the paper bag. Paper napkins sometimes they give you one, if you are lucky they will give you two... Regardless of the amount of food in the order. These people make you hate Burger King, even if you are a junk food lover. Awful service. Not that good food.

    The restaurant closed when we arrived. The drive through was still open. Because we walked through instead of drive through they send us away . Long story short, when we finally got our orders, mine didn't even came close to how it was suppose to look and taste. One BIG disappointment 😞

    Burger King is kinda burger kind…. Burgers are better than MaccyDs, fries are worse. Drive thru that took a while to actually serve us.

😐 So, firstly, the food here was very good! The starters were very tasty and huge portions (so beware unless you're really hungry), and the pizzas we had were delicious. And if you have a table by the window facing the sea, the view is lovely. However... overall experience was soured by poor service....

👍👍 Perfection. Spider crab was very well cooked, and was cut and set to eat with least effort. Steamed octopus was so tender and seafood rice had rich taste. And all the foods went so well with green wine. Wish I could visit again.
