They don’t have a parking - you can park in front of the hotel on the street and you need to pay for every hour. Towels in bathroom had holes in it, the cleaning lady entered the room even if we had a sleeping sign on the door. The Staff was not very helpful and kind.

Nice hotel in very good location. Walking distance of Metro and beach. Clean. Comfy beds. Immaculate swimming pool. Really good breakfast. *No kettle in room, although the bar is open until 10:30pm and prices are fair.

We stayed there for five nights in Feb 2022. We couldn't understand why it's not at least 4 stars. We enjoyed our break, lovely staff. Always ready to help , the hotel was always spotless, including the pool, which was heated. We would definitely stay there again. Great location, so many places to explore and loads of restaurants in walking distance. 10 minutes to the beach ⛱️

The rooms are small and quite noisy towards the street. There is no restaurant available, no water provided, and you cannot make coffee in the room. The service is slow, and there is a bit of chaos during check-in. Better to find another hotel than ruining your vacation.

The best thing about the hotel was the bright & airy lobby, also the pool area. The breakfast was plentiful & more than adequate. The proximity to the beach was fantastic. A few minutes walk downhill. The hotel room we stayed in was very basic, with well worn furniture & the balcony view of the garden was blocked by a huge tree. It certainly didn't match the pictures on the Expedia site.

A really nice hotel with great staff. We booked last minute and we weren't disappointed. They surprised us with a cake, candle, cava and water for my partner's birthday in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size with a nice balcony. The weather wasn't great but the pool looks lovely for hotter weather. The breakfast had a great choice of both traditional Portuguese cakes and English foods. We were late checking out and they didn't mind. I noticed a bar, restaurant and hairdressers in the hotel. A Bolt taxi to Cascais is only 2€. We definitely recommend!

Very clean and modern hotel in a good location. Only 5 minute walk to the beach and estoril and 15 minute walk to caiscas. Staff are extremely friendly. A nice pool and sun lounge area that is very clean. Great selection at breakfast and good snack options at the bar. Good atmosphere at night with live music some nights. Would recommend this hotel highly.

We were assigned the wrong room type and got no help with the matter. We reserved a room with garden and pool view. Well, there is not even a glimpse of the pool visible. Instead of the rooms by the pool we got a basement level room.

If you want to be by Estoril beach this is a good location but unless you are renting a vehicle and driving be prepared to spend at least 90 min to get anywhere outside of Estoril by public transit. It's nearly 2 hours to take the train to the airport and be forewarned google maps is terrible at giving directions for transit in Portugal. If you do decide to fork over €350 and up to rent a car for a week then you would be about a 25 min drive to anywhere, including the sights of Belem, the museums in central Lisbon and the large malls in surrounding suburbs like Sintra and Colombo. The breakfast at this hotel was one of the best breakfasts I've had included in my room rate and I've stayed at about 100 hotels that include breakfast. Traditional European selection of cold cuts, salad, fruit, yogurt and boiled eggs, a large selection of pastries and bread products, and even the option of hot scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage and beans. The individual room was perfect for one person and the two twin bedroom with attached room with pull out bed was perfect for the people I was with who had kids. The bathrooms in the main rooms feature the odd half bath half shower style like in most European hotels I've been to, while the single room had a full walk in shower that i much prefer. The downside: cleaning staff are not very good. If you're in your room until about noon, be prepared for the cleaning staff to skip cleaning your room altogether. Usually when I stay at major chain hotels like the Holiday Inn, the Ramada, the Marriott etc the staff come back before they put away the cleaning carts to check if any rooms that had do not disturb signs removed those signs. Here they do not do that. On the day I really really needed the room to be serviced because it had been 4 days, I went down for breakfast and loitered at the pool until 1145 hoping that the cleaning staff would clean my room in that window (I even out the please clean room sign up). When I went back to my room to shower and change so I could head out for the day, I noticed the cleaning staff had seemingly entered, turned off the air conditioning, and moved a chair I had moved to a different corner because there is no hook in the bathroom to hang towels so I decided to use the chair. The room next to me was open and had been turned over in anticipation of the next people to check in. I figured if I showered and removed the sign afterwards the cleaning staff would come back and clean the room. They did not and I was stuck with a full garbage and no hand soap for another night because oddly the front of house staff can give you a towel but they do not have soap refill packets for the bathroom soap dispenser. For me this seems weird enough that it knocked off an entire star from my rating. Call me crazy, but if I'm spending money on a hotel I expect to have hand soap! So overall not the greatest location and poor cleaning check up moves this from a 4 star to a 3 star for me.

Convenient placing, good tasty breakfast menu and friendly staff.

We are staying right now in the hotel. Till now there's only one thing that I don't like. The cleaning lasts the whole day and is extremely loud as the are moving the furniture on a wooden floor. So you can't have a rest in your room after lunch. Even at pool you hear this disgusting sound.

Room is more than enough quality for the 3* of the Hotel. Room had a nice balcony as well. Service was good and people were nice. Only negative thing - the water temperature in the bathroom was really difficult to set.

Located 10 min from Estoril railway station. Nice, clean and comfort. But it's almost 1 hour from lisbon. Breakfast was very simple and same every day

Even tho they say dog friendly, they are not dog friendly. Apparently there is a limit on size for dogs that it is not stated on the website nor in other platforms where the hotel is presented. That’s not a pleasant surprise, specially when you travel from abroad I had to cancel the booking and find another solution

I wasn't expecting much considering it was a three star establishment, but how bad can it be. Cleanliness is to be expected at the very least with a 3-star hotel...that was not the case. Hotel is outdated, worn-out decor, sub-par customer service. Overall 2-star rating because Carlos was beyond helpful after having to upgrade us to a suite because two of the previous rooms we were assigned were not cleaned properly. I could not imagine staying here beyond the one day we had reserved.

I am a regular visitor to the Estoril area. This is my second visit to the hotel. The rooms a clean and the staff very helpful. My room was at the swimming pool level of the hotel. The only problem was that my room was next to a fish pond and my old arch enemies, mosquitos, were there. As I collected quite a few insect bites I more or less had to shut the windows at night and use the A/C but I was not popular with the upstairs guests who kept banging on their floor. I'll likely be back but with some high strength repellant and I hope a higher floor

Very poor service in the restaurant. I like to point out not all of them but the restaurant manager herself. Not nice at all. The rest of the staff are good. Location is good. Room very modest. I personally would not recommend this place. 😔😢

Visited this nice little hotel many years ago. Intimate atmosphere , on a down side, the didn't have a licence to serve alcohol at their bar. Staff were great and the place was very clean

Just spent one week here with family on full board package, have to say was a great holiday in a great hotel. From all the wonderful helpful staff to the great food provided everything was excellent. Great location & also only short walk to lovely beach. Train station is just down from hotel & had lovely day out in Lisbon. Overall was a great holiday thanks to Londres hotel !!

Stayed for a week in September. Would highly recommend. Rooms are spotless and very quiet. Hotel is on a quiet street a short walk from beach and eateries. Staff were brilliant especially Rita and the bar staff. They are all really helpful and friendly. There are three free parking spaces outside the hotel and more free parking on the small streets near the old theatre building at the top of the street. Great surf beaches at Guincho and up the west coast. Pack the wetsuit.. Easy drive from hotel. Old town is a short taxi ride.

Maria and her staff are BEYOND amazing. The prices are more than reasonable for such an amazing location.

I know quality of services can change a bit due to Quarantine and Covid 19 virus but 2 days ago I checked in directly in the Hotel, did the asked payment and let the recepcionist know I'd be entering the room late night. I entered the room @ 1am..and it was as a previous guest had just left , bed unmade, WC wasn't cleant...just horrible. They then gave me another room (although the receptionist had previously told me the 1st room i entered was the only room available. In the 2nd room the door lock wasn't working. I ended up going to sleep @ 3am..Next morning, I noticed they have a check list of items in the room that if not there after check out might be charged to the guest. A lot of the items that were supposed to be present weren't there. The TV..only the main Portuguese channels were available..I did ask to talk to the hotel manager but was told that nobody superior i could talk to was present in the Hotel. I paid 47€ without breakfast..Would never want to stay there again. Although my review of the hotel stay was horrible, I must say that the 3 receptionists I met were pleasant. And that's why i give the review one star.

We were a large group (from South Africa) of 17 people staying at Hotel Londres for 4 nights. Really excellent value for money! I can highly recommend this hotel! Rooms were clean, comfortable with everything you need. Breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is conveniently situated near the beach promenade and train station. Hotel staff very friendly. A special thanks to Maria Bettencourt who patiently answered all my queries prior to our arrival. The hotel also gave us a lovely free supper, including drinks - this was greatly appreciated! Will definitely stay at Hotel Londres again. Thanks for your hospitality.

What you would expect for 3 stars. But actually, rooms are good. The hotel has a nice pool area with loungers and soft furniture. Surprisingly it has a nice garden next to the pool with a play area. Beautician on site, too! Nice bar area! Breakfast is acceptable.

Great 3 star hotel, more like a 4 star. Very quiet rooms (sound proofing is excellent). The staff could not be friendlier and the manager is exceptionally good. A great base to visit the Estoril beaches and a lovely 25 minute walk by the sea to Cascais. Highly recommended.

Lovely hotel, quiet and comfortable. Great pool and lovely lounging are indoors. Service of food and drink was always slow and occasionally not available at all. Rooms are small but sufficient.

Nice, simple hotel. The bathroom is a little old but all in all the room was clean. Although one night we were surprised by a cockroach the size of the one from the first MIB movie. The staff is very friendly and professional. The location is great - only 5 to 7 minutes walk to the beach, 10 minutes to the center and about 23 minutes walk along the beach Promenade to Cascais.

Stayed here for 4 nights….. food very very poor….staff very unhelpful….rooms wer horrendous witch included a pull out bed for an adult….no hangers in the rooms ….no kettles for tea or coffee…my sister had the cappuccino from the coffee machine and was very sick after drinking this coffee…would not recommend any one to stay in this hotel

Personel is very kind, the manager tried to find a solution of my problem. Somebody has written that the rooms are quiet. Very funny joke. There is 22:30 now and I have to listen some bed moving, table moving and others.. Location is good but you won't take a rest here.
