If you have other options-use them! Outdated and very scary hotel. Very bad breakfast with all the same cheap ham and cheese. Cleaning is as well bad-not everything was cleaned from prior guests. Very noisy road and active construction opposite. The only one good point is the location-it's really close to the beach. So, I recommend to avoid this hotel. Wifi is almost available as it breaks every minute.

This hotel is a great find! Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. We would stay again. Only complaints was a cooler than wished for shower and just an okay breakfast. Excellent 2 star! Thanks for having us!

For the price, in it's location, I guess it's OK. Nothing fancy or modern, but clean and the staff is nice. You pay a small extra for eggs and some other things at breakfast. The bedroom I got was in the last floor (5th floor, the elevator only went to the 4th) and despite bring small it had everything and excellent ocean views.

Omg i don't know where to start, first when we arrived to hotel it was 11am nobody let us in in the rooms cz i repeat what she said " you don't know that in all world check in its only 2pm?" So they just let us to leave our stuff somewhere in a coner and come back at 2pm, im ok but we have two kids and we came from Ireland, next- we bought only breakfast so every morning you eating same untasty rubish, staff members is rude except room service and one lady in reception , all other members are rude, don't save money on good hotel that was our biggest mistake to save money and go in small hotel , its a worst hotel ever. -For the staff in all world if you came to early to hotel you will get cofe , shower , and meal, and all around the world when you booking hotel you getting full info , its a hole and not even hotel.

Does the job. Nothing fancy but great location just by the beach and casino estoril. Breakfast was ok, rooms were ok, unfortunately no parking which can be difficult (its a paid area). Staff was competent and helpful.

Interesting to see this place reopened. They nearly turned us onto the streets at the start of Covid lockdown in Portugal because they wanted to close down and didn't care about customers who had one more night stay outstanding. Fortunately the hotel they moved us to, until our flight home, now provides good service to make Estoril proud of its hotel offer in our post pandemic world. Hope the service at this place has improved and they've found some helpfulness and effectiveness beyond the 2020 management levels.

Rooms are very small, but clean. Location is ok, breakfast is very limited and the price is outrageous for the comfort. Beds are terrible. The manager is incompetent. They gave us a broken bed for two nights, so we had no sleep. When we wanted to solve this, the manager started yelling at us that we caused this ourselves. Had a very bad week because of this, there is no talking to her. She called us liars and yelled that we wanted a free vacation. Now she'll say she wasn't yelling and we were out for money, which isn't the case. We then had bizarre mail contact, where she offered us two nights in her hotel. We will never come back here anyway and advise everyone not to spend the night here. PS: they will probably deny everything, which they do on all reviews.

Dont be thrown off by this 2 star hotel! Everything was clean and welp kept. The staff was very nice and answered any questions I had. Also if location is everything then this is the place to stay.

Doesn't smell very nice, very noisy at night and very plain breakfast. At least the staff is nice. Except for the kitchen lady! Beware of the kitchen lady!

Go to sleep early because once the cleaners start to work you'll be awake, The construction site next door was very quiet in comparisson, no problem at all. The cleaners make no attempt to lift furniture as they go so you can hear everything being dragged across the floor making as much noise as possible. Even after drinking LOTS of alcohol I couldn't sleep through it,

Very good hotel, with perfect location close to the beach. There is free parking 5-7 minutes walking. Breakfast is ok, nice staff, good rooms.
