Nice hotel but very disapointed by the reception team. The General manager wasnt arranging at all, and odious. It’s a pity because the location is nice.

Kind helpful staff and rooms and breakfast good. Good location near shops restaurants and beaches.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Cascais, Breakfast is 7:30-10:30 Mon - Fri & 8:00 - 11:00 on weekends, as vegetarians we had no problems. Me and my wife have stayed here twice and will definitely stay again.

Centre of town. Very decent new. Rooms are well sized and smart. I had a good ample breakfast. Price was great value at under €100. You can step out to bars, cafes and restaurants in seconds. And the beach is a short walk. Staff were very friendly. It is a functional rooms only hotel. No chill out rooms or bar.

Very nice clean hotel with friendly polite staff. Very close to the centre and within easy walk of the beach and nearby places to visit, we had a hire car and you cannot park outside the hotel however there are places to park close by so it was not a problem.

Great for price in the area. room was exceptionally clean and was serviced to a high standard every day. Great location right in the middle of Cascais and very close to really lovely beach. Not a massive selection of breakfast but the fresh. Would recommend!

In each room there is a Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffee machine with three coffee capsules and a bottle of water, included in the price.

A very nice place to stay. Paul and the rest of the staff were very professional and nice.We will definitely stay here again.

Inappropriate response to the other guest’s review from the owner: “falsa e não corresponde à realidade” … Wow! Falta de respeito e falha em abordar a situação. The owner was not there and never spoke with any of us. Because of the way this basic issue was handled, I would never return or recommend this hotel. (By the way, the initial review was accurate, unfortunately. Please see the way this owner responds to other reviews. Does not seem to understand the concept of a feedback system)

Our rooms were uncomfortably warm for us and we asked 3x if we could lower the temperature. When it didn’t change we were told that the temperature is fixed and we can’t change it. We asked to move to a room on a higher floor so we could feel safe leaving the balcony door open. We were told we could not change rooms and that they had cameras if anything happened. We were also told we could not cancel and be refunded. Finally we were able to change rooms to the second floor. There were stains on the bed. We would not recommend this hotel. The location of the hotel is excellent, close to beaches, shopping and great restaurants. The rooms may be a bit small but they are clean and nice. Luis from the front office made our stay memorable. He was extremely pleasant to my family and a pleasure to talk with. Thank you for adding a personal touch!

The room was very clean and modern. It has also a really nice breakfast. Close to the center. Very polite receptionists!!

Easy access to the train, bus, tours and sites of this city. Total handicapped access, modern furnishings and bilingual front desk. Comfortable firm beds, windows, large screen TV and refrigerator in the room. Private card entrance with private bathroom with lots of room. Great morning breakfast and there's no need to buy coffee or water to bring back to your room.

Great location, walking distance to everything. The bed is very comfortable but the room could be cleaner, plenty of hair on the floor from the previous guests. I didn't care for the breakfast.

Super clean hotel in a great position. The rooms are the standard hotel layout but fitted out to a very good standard and as said, very clean. It was perfect for or needs and definitely recommended.

My experience at Cascais City & Beach Hotel was great. The hotel has a great location, right in the city center, and just a few minutes from the train station. The room where I stayed was bright, clean, and spacious. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I need to say: I slept like an angel. Perfect!

Had an easy check in and convenient stay for one night here. The room was small but worked well because it is a great location! We left an item behind and were able to coordinate (thought it took a while) with the front desk to retrieve the item. I appreciate them saving item for a while and working with me to retrieve it. Enjoy a great stay here!
