DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! My husband's passport among other valuable items were stolen from our room. There is someone on the staff who is stealing and the management/staff is covering up. I don't want this to happen to anyone else. It was a traumatic experience. The inconvenience this caused was beyond upsetting, not to mention the feeling of being violated.

I recently stayed at Eurostars Cascais and it was a fantastic experience. The rooms were spacious and well equipped, with comfortable beds and all amenities. Welcome drinks and snacks. The staff were friendly and helpful and always went out of their way to make sure that my stay was a pleasant one. The delicious breakfast served each morning was particularly enjoyable (you can get it free if book via website and not via booking). Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Very good hotel at a reasonable price in Cascais town, near Lisbon. The rooms are very clean and pleasant, staff is nice and breakfast is tasty. Located close to the sea, but not near the city center.

Beautiful sea view location and friendly service upon check-in. Star -1 is because we saw polices in the front area talking something serious with guests, which looked odd… We booked the “romantic plan” directly from the hotel website which upgrades to a suite room. The room was spacious, clean and comes with wide balcony facing the great sea view. Espumante and a plate of tasty cakes were served and we had amazing moment.

Not worth the price at all. The woman on reception (3/27/23 3-11pm) was extremely unfriendly!! she has nothing to do at the reception!! first time that I have to connect my TV myself in a 4 star... of course the hand comes out all dirty from behind the TV which has not been cleaned since last year... not to mention fingerprints on the toilet button. in the morning when I was in the bathroom someone from the staff opened the door without knocking, he thought I didn't hear 🤣. Of course to stay on the same note, at breakfast no one from the staff says hello to you, not even the one who looks like the head of the service and talks to me about a plate... a bit fat the gentleman, he will recognize. the receptionist who did the check out was very friendly! thanks to her we still left with a smile, thanks. For everyone else, home should come and clean up his team if he doesn't want falling grades 😉 Location is good.

The staff here are really quite wonderful. Difficult to find such service elsewhere in Portugal. Great location also and walking distance from Cascais center.

It's difficult to find words that could fit, the hotel Is really perfect, I want to thank all the staff. We have really enjoyed our stay. Just carefull with the position, Is 30 minutes by walk from the center, but you can find e-bikes and e-scooters in front of the hotel. Reccomended from the bottom of my Heart.

We had booked this hotel directly on the hotel website. We we're already in Cascais making time for the check in, when we received a call stating that there was a water shortage at the hotel and they were cancelling our booking. This happened just one hour before check in. No compensation was offered, just a recommendation to book another hotel. If a guest would cancel with 1h notice they would have to pay the full fee, but if the hotel does it there are no consequences. We needed to book an inferior hotel and a higher rate. Terrible experience.

It was mixed, bedroom was great, the service in dining room was terrible. Staff didn't understand us, I was there for 4 nights, at least two morning restaurant had no tea! Container for hot water was always empty, there was a fantastic girl working there with hair in pony tail, and she tried to get us all we wanted. The person on reception was not helpfully, when we looked for Manager to tell them about "no tea" , SHE said it was nothing to do with her!,

BEWARE! They steal bank cards! Hotel is OK (breakfast not amazing), but somehow somebody got into my room (which was locked) and took some cards from my wallet. They then proceeded to cash out below contactless limit with small amounts. Surprisingly, after police came, they said it happened other times before...

Have not had breakfast or used any other service yet tbh. Room is cool and the 4 euros extra for the ocean view have been more than worth it. Big hallway, nice desk, big balcony and a great view. Cascais is great and in the old part there are many many good restaurants reaching from cheap to super expensive. Have not seen a single one that I would not go into for dinner.

This hotel has potential to be 4-5 stars. Receptionist is super unfriendly and wasn’t helpful at all. We had a few bags with a child, no help with the luggage trolley, no hello when walking by the staff, asked for a corkscrew they weren’t allowed to give me one, no ice for a wine bucket. When we first arrived sink was clogged, you’d think the cleaner would have flagged this. Changed rooms no big deal- reception argued to my wife that we booked a city view room not a sea view. There was zero help or assistance with moving our bags. Overall the rooms were clean, and the view was amazing of the water. A bit of appreciation from the staff and kindness would go a long way to bring this hotel to 4-5 stars.

My recent stay at Eurostar Cascais was truly delightful, and I'm excited to share my positive experience. From the moment we arrived, the hotel's beauty and cleanliness impressed us. The attention to detail in maintaining a pristine environment added to the overall appeal. One of the highlights of our stay was the lovely breakfast provided. The variety and quality of the food were exceptional, making our mornings a pleasure. Our room was not only aesthetically pleasing but also comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Despite visiting in November and missing out on the pool experience, we're already planning a return trip in the summer to take full advantage of this enticing amenity. Furthermore, the convenience of free parking around the hotel and the option for secure underground parking for a fee made our exploration with a hired car stress-free. In conclusion, Eurostar Cascais exceeded our expectations, and we're eager to return for another memorable stay.

The view from the balcony perfect (sea view), wake up looking at the ocean. Close to downtown and a lot of good restaurants. Food at the hotel extremely good, a lot of times we just decided to eat at the hotel then look for another restaurant because the food is that good. The service perfect, the personnel is extremely nice and helped with whatever we needed.

It’s a pity to pay 200 Euro for a room with no sound proof windows facing a noisy heavy construction place and a street where motorcycle drivers like to make noise at night. The room was okay and clean. The reception desk people okay.

My whole experience of this place was pretty poor from check-in, they did not having a record of my booking and being allocated a room overlooking a building site , I was woken up 8am everyday. I was unable to relax in my room because of the noise. Worth considering that the hotel won’t take any responsibility for this. After several emails I was offered an inadequate 10% off what was a horrible stay. Had this been suitably rectified I wouldn’t have felt the need to leave this review. Definitely not 4 star, they don’t care much about the guests. Other guests in my party also had to complain about noise from other rooms, walls are very thin. Nothing was offered to them either. Has potential but for now I wouldn’t return to this chain.

1 night experience: Room with two beds; missing blanket and pillows on 2nd bed. Slow service to get a blanket (45 minutes after a complaint.) Asked bar person for ice and was told their machine was not working well and they only had little ice and I should go buy a kilo of ice somewhere around?! Bar looked like a mess with dirty dishes and glasses all over at 8:45pm. We passed on free drinks. Front desk gentleman were courteous. It’s a quiet location and good if you have a car. Service is definitely not 4 stars.

The hotel and its service are pretty good. The downside is that it is next to a large construction site with lots of noise. The personable staff gave us another room that had less noise. The water pressure in the shower is very low, and door handles were loose. The service is very good and the staff is very friendly. Parking is free outside, which is great. Very close to the center of Cascais as well.

We booked for 3 nights at the Hotel Eurostars Cascais, where we have been before this year. Comparing to the last time (in summer) we found that the hotel’s quality dropped down as follows: -no welcome cocktail at the arrival; -in the room, no slippers, no toothbrush and other toilet items which they were plenty last time; - The hotel’s restaurant: only 2 main courses (the one we choose came with chips as side-dish) and quite expensive: 161 Euros for 4 persons. At the breakfast, a real comedy: on Sunday, we ordered 4 omelets and after half an hour of waiting, only 3 omellettes came. When I asked the red-headed waitress where is the 4th one, the answer was: there are no more eggs  At least he/she could have told us before not to make us wait like stupid... The same problem was on Monday (no eggs). Plus, we experienced a very rude approach from the chief of staff who almost grabbed us by our clothes to ask us the room’s number, as we were thieves who came at all- you- can –eat for free. I wonder were this guy worked before? At a school’s cantina?!! All in one, we had a very disappointing stay. A 4 stars hotel must keep its standards no matter the period of the year. Nevertheless, to finish in a positive way, the front desk manager and Mr. Santos were very helpful.

We had a great experience in this hotel, Guillermo from front desk was fantastic ( he definitely should be the manager if he is not ) I wanted to see rooms before booking them specially since I came back from a horrible experience in Spain! Guilhermo was very professional and patient lol *The only thing I don’t like in this hotel is the automatic spray machines in the halls to make it smell good ! It’s too strong.

One young lady knows what's going on and seems to be training all of the other staff. Requests could be delayed or not processed. Room was clean. Light sleepers may be bothered by traffic noise whilst staying in ocean view rooms. No immediate amenities outside. Supermarket and Pharmacy are approximately 300m away

We got a Beautiful room with a balcony, table and chairs to enjoy an awesome sunset and breath taking sea views . An Amazing Breakfast Buffet and very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return again.

I was there for Business. Had to take a Taxi at 7:20. Breakfast starts at 7:30. Everything was ready. I was refused to take anything from the Buffet. I consider this unacceptable and an absolutely lousy service. Check in procedure also took ages and when going up to the room the keycards did not work. You want to stay in such a Hotel. No you don‘t. And I am certainly not the picky type. Never again.

A hotel that gives me a room with different problems is not a 4 star hotel. A hotel where you have to insist to have your room changeddespite saying that the room has problems. A hotel with just one person at the reception during the weekend is not a 4 star hotel. Only the price is for a four star hotel. Been at this hotel several times, will never return.

Got a room here for 59€. Clean, comfortable, and a nice spot for a sunset. The front has many rental bikes and scooters to get to the marina area quickly The concierge told me to stay in Belem over Lisbon proper, and he was correct. I enjoyed staying in Belem the next night

Nice clean hotel but could do with some upgrades .rooms are a good size with sea views and a balcony and a mini bar and a safe . breakfast not too good at all .one morning I asked for bread for the toaster and I had to ask again about 10 minutes later . after about another 10 minutes bread arrived and I made toast , only to see the was no butter.i asked for butter, to be told the butter was finished. So I ask another staff and she tells me they don't have any .no butter in a 4 star hotel ! Boiling water for tea was tepid to warm at best , not hot . We asked where there was a nice beach because the one in cascais is not really nice .the receptionist tells us there is a nice beach in guincho 2.5 km away , so we decided to walk to the beach. To cut a long story short , the beach was not 2.5 km more like 9 km away. Swimming pool is missing plenty of tiles in the pool , and the pool was not cleaned the first day went for a swim . Poolside bar was closed Monday to Wednesday ,but was open on Thursday and Friday. Over all not a bad hotel but definitely needs updating and they need to have the breakfast hot, 3 out of the 4 mornings the scrambled eggs were cold , even one morning at 7.30 which was a surprise because breakfast only started at that time I asked for butter

We stayed here 1 week while renovating our apartment. Love the suite room on the corner unit at level 5 for the amazing view. Great location in Cascais. Front desks offer great service and always welcoming their guests with the warmest smiles. However, terrible housekeeping service. Always took all the bathrobes, towels, drinking glasses without replacing them. Never replace our coffee capsules too! Hope the Management will look into said matter of their housekeeping training. Also, the mattress of the room can be improved as well as it was thin and not comfortable. Make sure you booked the ocean view room as it’s worth every penny.

Everything was pleasant with our stay, however, we noticed the reviews about stolen cards, passports etc. After our booking could be cancelled and as a result we had to be extremely cautious of this occurring to us.
