I
went
for
a
consultation
on
31
May
2021
for
Invisalign.
The
dentist
was
informative
and
very
friendly
and
the
facilities
seemed
brand
new.
However,
I
felt
they
were
not
particularly
transparent
on
prices.
Prior
to
the
appointment
I
had
asked
for
the
cost
of
this
and
was
told
it
can
be
around
€70
-
€90
if
I
need
an
X-ray
but
they
will
confirm
on
the
day.
I
knew
I
would
not
need
an
X-ray
as
I
had
only
had
one
in
September
2020
in
the
UK
and
could
have
a
copy
emailed
over.
I
had
a
consultation
which
had
lasted
around
15
minutes
and
had
advised
I
needed
a
number
of
fillings.
At
reception
I
had
asked
them
to
confirm
the
cost
of
my
appointment
after
my
consultation
as
they
had
still
not
confirmed,
they
asked
if
I
was
going
to
book
another
appointment
in,
to
which
I
replied
not
immediately
I
would
call
back.
Once
they
spoke
to
the
dentist
they
came
back
and
told
me
the
appointment
was
€60….
I
was
of
course
quite
shocked,
such
a
short
appointment
to
look
at
my
teeth
was
so
expensive,
but
I
said
I
would
pay.
One
receptionist
said
I
should
have
been
informed
and
I
replied
I
was
not,
just
told
the
above
information.
Another
receptionist
then
proceeded
to
insist
I
was
informed
as
it
was
her
I
spoke
to.
I
advised
if
I
was
told
the
initial
appointment
was
€60
I
would
not
have
booked
it.
This
receptionist
then
continued
to
argue
with
me
saying
she
told
me
the
price
was
€60.
This
clinic
quoted
me
circa
€4500
for
Invisalign
and
then
also
advised
I
needed
5
fillings
at
€80
each.
I
was
prepared
to
invest
in
this
as
it
is
something
I
have
wanted
to
do
for
a
long
time
and
I
really
liked
the
dentist.
However,
the
fact
that
the
receptionist
decided
to
argue
with
me
put
me
off.
As,
if
I
am
to
spend
thousands
of
€€
there
and
I
am
already
being
spoken
to
like
that
it
does
not
give
me
the
best
confidence
they
know
how
to
treat
clients
and
I
cannot
guarantee
the
prices
I’m
paying
if
they
are
already
not
clear
on
their
prices
at
the
beginning.
It’s
a
shame
as
it
was
so
close
for
me,
but
I
have
found
another
provider
who
are
clear
from
the
start
and
whose
receptionists
do
not
argue
with
you!
