I am sure that among their big team of medics there must be some good ones, but it is not the place to go and try whoever they have available. I was there last September for general check-up and mouth guard production. They seemed very nice and quite attentive, however little that I new - all of the work that they have done had to be re-done afterwards. My new mouth guard wasn't adjusted to my bite, therefore I was wearing my teeth for weeks until I had it adjusted in another clinic. The doctor started cavity treatments without making sure the anaesthetics were working, so no attention there. I had 3 fillers that they did and all of them had to be replaced afterwards as they were not done properly. In few places dentine was visible therefore imagine the pain, especially with that mouth guard I was wearing that wasn't adjusted for me. That lasted for more than a month until I realised the pain won't go away and I had to see someone else. Oh, and then I also asked the doctor to send me the panoramic image so I could see that there was a reason for such big fillers. Left my card to make sure I receive it, but I never did. So, despite all of the good that was written here in other comments, I cannot find anything to be happy about in this clinic despite the new build. And even that - be careful going to the garage, because that ramp is meant for suv's only. And btw I keep all the documents regarding the visits so there is no point to argue if I was ever a patient there. Sadly, I was.

I visited this dental office for regular cleaning and deep gum cleaning.This facility is impressively spacious and clean. Dr. Filipa Fernandes and other staff are incredibly friendly. They take the time to explain every procedure in detail and allow my son to translate for me which is especially appreciated as my English is limited. They've been wonderfully patient and welcoming. I look forward to future visits at this location. Many of the staff members speak English fluently. If you need appointment, call them early.
