    I go here for pilates and to use the gym, my trainer is Lídia and she is amazing! If you want to get your mind and body right this is the place for you 😆 I feel confident and comfortable with Lídia and feel like anything is possible!! 100% would recommend ❤️

    Absolutely great place to go for a gym sessions . Has everything you need to get any sort of upper or lower session done and can even do cardio here too. The staff was very lovely and a special thanks to lídia who was very helpful.
