A perfect hangout for dog walkers & young parents with kids of all ages: toddlers can play at the cafes very own mini-playground while parents can kick off their shoes and relax (there is even an area with hammocks!) with a yummy piece of cake, while older kids can hop down to the adventure playground below or ride their bikes in dare-devil parcours. Laid back hidden café that serves main dishes. Opens at 9am til 9pm and kitchen closes at 8pm. Staff speaks English, so great for tourists and those still learning to speak Portuguese. Pet and family friendly atmosphere. Staff are kind professional and friendly. A great place to chill out.

New best venue in town #cascais, in Parque Outeiro da Vela by the mountain bike tracks. Hammocks, sand pit with playground for little ones, vegan dishes, Asian and world flavours, fantastic beer (@perfectpeaksbrews), great views and the whole thing bathed in delicious pine tree aromas from the woodland surrounding it... ❤️ @7seas.bistro , the perfect hang-out place I definitely craved and highly recommend!

I absolutely adore this place from the first day on, and had yummy food also on the other days. Style and people made me feel at home, the view is astonishing - you can even enjoy it from a hammock, and my son always wants to go back to the playground which includes a rappel and a relaxed stay for the parent ;) Soon we'll try out the bike park!

We are happy to have this kind of cozy cafe/restaurant in this area. There is a nice terrace with good panorama views. The smoothies and food were tasty and the staff was very nice. Hope they have more main menu items.

A nice bar/restaurant located in a small park in Cascais. They have outside and inside seating areas. There are also hammocks for you to relax on. They food is reasonably priced and of good quality. In the distance you can see the ocean. On Thursdays they have a musical jam where musicians are welcome to bring their instrument and participate. There is also entertainment on other days of the week.

A unique place with a distinctive atmosphere to hang out in; food is fresh.

We went on a very warm day with little breeze. The outside area was ver hot to being a bit unpleasant. Service was slow, we had to flag down the waiters every time we wanted anything even though the restaurant was empty. They were out of several things on the menu on a Saturday for Lunch. Nachos were in tiny pieces impossible to eat with the guacamole. The chicken bites were very good. The fries were just ok, the ceviches were ok. We may have ordered all the wrong things - I’m confused how there are so many five star ratings, when comparing to other options in Cascais.

It was us a pleasure to visit 7 Seas, best place to feel right away home. Wicket Food, we will be back for sure.

The space, the food, the service... Only can the view can match the rest! I cannot recommend 7seas any higher otherwise i would pile on some stars. A divine burger with a view like this in a cosy venue. Visit, then you will understand the wow factor at the top of the hill...

Amazing gem on the top of the hill in Cascais ! The view and vibes are incredible! I've been in this place already 3 times and keep gettin better and better, cocktails/beers are good and food too. ++++ of this place is the host she's super friendly and helpful! Definitely worth a visit if you are in Cascais and want get bit out of the busy city centre, not 5 but 10 stars!

We visited the 7 Seas for the first time earlier this month & loved it! Perfect spot for sunset with friends. The kids could play on the playground while the adults enjoyed a cold beverage & delicious food. The live music was an excellent added bonus. Friendly staff & great location. We will definitely be back!

Highly recommend it, whether for relaxed lunch, sunset drink or special celebration 7 Seas Bistro is an amazing place! We had birthday celebration for more than 40 people, everything was planned with us, menus were discussed and adjusted where needed and we felt all the support and availability from Cindy since the beginning. In the day of the event staff were really attentive and friendly, drink and food were great and everyone was very happy, including kids who had a great time and special activities for them. Thank you 7 Seas Bistro for making our day even more special and for taking such good care of us l, whilst enjoying your wonderful venue with an amazing sea view.

We enjoyed this spot. It's have character. It's in the middle of a park in a very quiet neighborhood. We had a "galão"(coffee with [almond] milk) and a coffee with toasts and croissant to eat. We went early on Saturday and we enjoyed it.

This is our favorite spot at the moment! View and atmosphere is amazing! Really nice staff, they could be a bit more attentive with second and third drinks, but other then that they are really helpful. Food is nice, good variety of snacks and different cuisine. We loved it. We love to play games all day with our kids. It’s a good hang out spot on a chill Sunday.
