the room was very small, missed leading information , super loud at night. never refunded me the money, stayed 1 night they charged me for 8 nights. you pay what you get wrong, decision

Not recommended. Spend your money elsewhere. Pros: very clean, good location. Cons: 1. Next to a night bar, loud music, people party at night. 2. Bad sound proof, wall paper thin, can hear next door talking. 3. Bed very loud, bedding was confusing. Duvet didn’t even have cover. Pillow was uncomfortable. 4. Front desk lady was very rude, very loud and creepy. Also her English very bad. 5. The air con was extremely loud and unstable. 6. Breakfast is buffet, but you can’t touch the food. Need to wait for the staff to serve you what you want. But the staff was not even there. Also the breakfast lady speaks ZERO English. Not to say food was extremely basic.

Save your money.. and don’t even bother! They don’t have an iron you have to ask them for a hair dryer as they only have a few. Once I plugged in my hair dryers and tried to pull it out some of the plug came out (from the actual wall). The rooms are very small and if you are on a bigger side you can barely move in the shower or the hole bathroom alone. There’s only body & hair wash that’s together there’s no hand soap or anything else but toilet paper. Booked the room for 2 people there was only one big towel one small towel. All together the experience was not the best.

Good choice if you're Cascais, it's near everything you can just walk to all the attractions in the city and it's calm and safe . I had a room on the top floor and it was big, cozy and great light

Pleasant hotel with all basic amenities.

This hotel was not easy to find with roadworks, closed roads with restaurant terraces and very narrow roads, where our vehicle could not go through. It has a very good location and expensive parking facilities in the building worth every centime. At walking distance, you can get to many tourist attractions, the beach front, town museum, market (twice a week) and Marina. Here there are many eateries and shops. Our room, facing the side road, was clean, comfortable, and pretty quiet, except for some music one night, but not too loud. The staff is friendly and helpful, mostly very young. The included buffet breakfast offered includes fresh fruits and eggs which is a good way to start the day. Surprisingly it is served until 11:00 hrs. We recommend this hotel for the location, staff and rate.

Good location but nothing else. Staffs are always smoking outside of the hotel. When I asked to check in, I've been told to wait until their smoking break finish, it was a very bad experience.

Fabulous staff especially Marina and the breakfast lady. Would be great if we had option for cooked breakfast also. Fantastic area..Will stay again.

Very satisfied with the room and service. I have paid 65 euros per night + 15 for indoor parking. The room was full of light, and very clean.

An ok hotel, but lacking anything that would make me come again. Plusses ; very clean and good location. The rooms however are very bleak, and have just a bed and a closet. Nothing else! No safe, water cettle, minibar, glasses, nothing. There must be better options in this price range in Cascais

Evertything besides the room was good.

This is one of the hotels that offer more than they say. It is a three star hotel in the centre of Cascais. The reception is friendly and the rooms are nice. A tip upfront: book with one of the hotel booking services and you may get a very good price, especially when you are booking late. I have got a suite with a veranda for 65 Euros per day. The location is close to the centre and in walking distance to the beach. In the morning you get a breakfast buffet with enough to eat too bring you to the the day.

Nice hotel near old town Cascais. Very good and pleasent atmosphere. One minus loud club next to the entrance and a bit loud hydraulic pipes so it can be heard during night. I was there only for one night but I liked the hotel and Cascais city.
