Lovely hotel with beautiful interior. Great location. The sea view is from the side and not frontal. Breakfast medium quality. The seagull loved it though, he took my bacon when i was taking my coffee inside. Friendly staff. Good bed, shower complicated with no explanation, we had to call the reception. Shower was also partially broke. After twelve you have to use a code to get in the hotel. We forgot to take the code with us when we took off to see a concert. Coming back at one at night, we found a closed hotel with nobody of staff inside. Empty. Also no emergency number on the doors or in our emails from the hotel. I went to ask to 2 nearby hotels if they could help us. We and they called all the phone numbers we could find, nobody to reach. Contacted the police after that. They also tried to contact different phone numbers, without results. In case of emergency nobody to reach. For us it was just our bedroom, but in worse cases … other hotels looked very surprising, they said it is illegal to have no emergency number. Police also told us we were not the first… At three at night I managed to get in. Luckily. Not the best experience. Although it was our fault to forget to take the number, it felt very strange we almost had to sleep in another hotel for this. We get compensated with 2 coffees. Hope they solve this problem for future guests. For the price I payed I expected higher service and not be confronted with these kind of problems.

Not only was the hotel great, but their restaurant was one of the best in town, but it seamed that only the hotel guests came in. The restaurant had one of best bacalhau a braz that I have ever had. Often it is a bit oily, but here the oil content was perfect for the cod. We were there in a slow period, so they didn't have the restaurant open on slow days, but they offered to open it for us whenever we wanted dinner. We accepted on our last day and had a wonderful meal with great service.

Absolutely appalling. Despite the terrace bar being entirely empty, the member of staff on duty refused to serve non residents. We have been there many times over the years but never again

Poor breakfast service: slow, understaffed, permanent shortage of everything on the buffet. You get your toast but have nothing to put on it. - Room is good. Everything beautifully designed.

room and parking ok (in this low season period) breakfeast quite good. Nonetheless , restaurant seems a bit left aside by travellers and service is not always up to the ambition of the place . Still a very convenient place to walk around Cascais and its fabulous Marina

Rooms are very charming and pretty. The staff is not always nice and also super slow. Amazing location!! And nice breakfast. Rooms are also huge and very comfortable. Very nice views, not all quiet however.

We loved our stay at the Villa Cascais. The location is perfect right in the middle of town and on the water. The hotel is renovated recently and is elegant and chic. Each room has a different feel. We had the room on the top floor which is large and has beautiful views but be mindful that no elevator reaches it. This hotel would be difficult for anyone who has trouble with stairs. The bar is lovely and the owner of the hotel also owns a vineyard in Portugal and all of the wines that we tried were delicious. Breakfast was very nice. Staff helpful and friendly. We would definitely stay again when in Cascais!

We spent the last 4 nights of our 12 night exploration of Portugal in this wonderful hotel purely by chance, and what a wonderful opportunity. The staff were friendly and courteous, the room immaculately cleaned every day, and it was in an ideal location to explore the town or walk the promenade to Estoril, and beyond! We certainly had the weather to sit on the front balcony every afternoon and enjoy a bottle of wine and watch the sun go down.

Great placement in the middle of Cascais. Breakfast was great! Would have gotten five stars if they weren’t out of some wine’s, and if the cod at dinner had been served as a loin.🐟🍷🍲

Me and my wife had our wedding at this hotel. It was amazing and the service they provide is at the highest level. I would strongly recommend to stay at this hotel if your going to Cascais. The location is great and there food is really good. The hotel also have good drinks and sitting on their terrace that has a great view drinking a cocktail is really nice. Five stars from me!!

All the team deserves a 10/10 for their hosting excellence. Rare to find such a gem of a hotel. It's beautiful with a genuine attention to detail, personal and the staff makes you feel like you are returning home, even if it's the first time you visit To say they go the extra mile would be an understatement.

Fantastic team who are all very friendly and helpful. Best location right on the beach. Great terrace bar for an afternoon or pre dinner drink. Special mention to Chris who runs the breakfast area - couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.
