Very bad experience. Rooms are nice and modern. But a terrible location. Next to the hotel is a strip club with dubious audience of course, and on the other side there is a bar and disco that plays music extraordinarily loud until 2 a.m. with tons of bawling, drunken people. It's like the worst party districts in Mallorca. So if you like strip clubs and a booze-fuelled crowd, this is the place for you. If you actually want to sleep before 3am, you're in the wrong place. Of course, the hotel knows all the circumstances, but deliberately conceals them.

Tiny room - like a dungeon since you can't open a window due to the noise and smokers outside (so NO natural light due to the design of the window). Multiple items were not functioning properly in the room. Room was sparsely appointed - 1 small roll of TP, no face tissue, just 2 normal pillows (plus half a dozen useless throw pillows), no place to put your suitcases. The location is very central (which is both good and bad), very close walk to several beaches. Internet, wifi was very good. Staff was polite, but not overly friendly or anything. We stayed in Portugal for 3 weeks, and this was the ONLY place I am giving less than 5 stars.

The room was clean. The "seaview" means you can see about 2 inches of the ocean above the buildings. If I would have known this, I would have book somewhere else to be honest. Even more upsetting was how small the room and bathroom were. A maximum of 4-5 feet around the bed is all you will get from a wall. The tub/shower was interesting as well..no door or curtain so mind where the water comes off your elbows.. Cascais is a busy place and the inside the room you could tell.. first clue, they give you a set of ear plugs. I'm young but I do understand how other would be upset at the noise level of this hotel. Construction RIGHT outside that started @ 6:30 am was a nice addition to the music stopping about 2 am. If you drove, good luck with parking. If you have luggage, enjoy rolling it over the paths. These issues don't bother myself, b.c it is Europe and parking is always an issue. Would I stay again? No. There wasn't anything "bad" but it left MUCH to be desired. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and made great recommendations on food and items to see. Also, the gentlemen @ breakfast must have been the nicest individual I have ever encountered. Kidos to both of them

Overpriced hotel, within a short distance to the beach. However, the location is in the middle of a bar strip. Don’t go if you want to actually sleep at night. If you want to get drunk, you are in the best place, all you have to do afterwards is roll over to the hotel.

The rooms are next door to a club, we couldn't relax at any point during the day or night. The rooms are dark but new

Spent one month in this excellent and well-presented hotel during a period of convalescence. It is really central. There are bars and restaurant up and down an alley way staircase and access to the Kavia hotel: the recent 'yellow street' pedestrian restaurant area is a few hundred metres away and the Luis de Camões central Sq. is also filled with bars and retaurants and very close by. As far as noise is concerned, Friday to Sunday are the highlight of the week and there is a music curfew at around 2200-2300 max.

A very nice hotel in a fun and cozy area, it is a lot to do right outside the hotel and close to restaurants, bars and the beach. Very clean and fresh. Everything was excellent expect maybe the breakfast which was a bit repetitive - you got the same things every morning.

Brand new hotel in the heart of Cascais! The hotel is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, centrally located, and the staff is incredibly helpful and kind. If you are sensitive to noise, this is not the place for you as it overlooks a main square with lots of late bars and restaurants. Ask for a room facing the back in advance. The breakfast could improve and in-room amenities could be upgraded, notably a fridge and iron. Regardless, it was a fantastic stay.

I had an absolutely delightful experience at the Hotel Kavia do Largo, and would recommend it warmly! The staff is first of all AMAZING, chatting with the girls at the frontdesk on the way out and in was the perfect framework. Restaurant staff is also very helpful! The location is PERFECT with only a few minutes walk to the seafront. The rooms are clean, and if you're smart you'll book the room with a freakin' bathtub on the balcony! I did, and just WOW. If theres anything to drag the experience down, the breakfast is not the fullest - but leaves even more room for delicious pastel del nata in and around Cascais.

The location of the hotel is very central and bars and restaurants can be reached easily. The staff is friendly and always helpful - they will give you great recommendations for food. Overall, the value for money is a bit on the pricey side, in terms of cost per night, but I would still recommend this hotel for 1-2 nights.

Stayed for a day in January, wonderful experience, the staff super cool, I was able to check in earlier with no extra cost, the day I was leaving I was able to leave my bag behind and take a couple of hour later. The only down side is the noise, be advised, the hotel is located besides many bars, for me was no problem at all I’m a heavy sleeper. Will be my go to place always.

We spent one night in November and it was still very noisy until midnight or so due to the extremely noisy area; I wouldn't survive it in the summer/high season because it's really in the heart of a very busy pedestrian area with many bars and cafes playing in high volume, live music out on the street, etc. The room, although beautiful and comfortable, was located in -1 and we only had a window at street level, so we couldn't keep the curtains open and the room was too dark. Breakfast was ridiculous and really low quality, definitely not worth paying for. All in all, I'd consider it a value-for-money place for party-animals/youngsters who wish to be at the heart of the action.

The ocean view room is nice, however the close proximity to the restaurants means a lot of noise late into the night (2am or later), due to live music from the square below the hotel. Great spot if you’re looking to stay out late a and party, but terrible if you’re looking for a relaxing and quiet getaway close to the beach.

Dont stay here if you want to be able to sleep in the night, you will just have to change hotels. VERY NOISY club area, windows of hotel do not shut out any of the noise. The area is also rough and dirty. Choose one of the nice hotels in Cascais from the start instead. Cascais is beautiful.
