TERRIBLE! When booking it is not clear that this is a private house because it has a similar name to the hotel that is near. In reality you rent a room in a private house. The owner is usually in the house and you have to ring and wait till she opens the door. You can’t come in until 6pm. Toilet is in common with other guests, also this is not clear when booking. You have to park the car outside, and its far from everything. The owner is on top of you and everything you do, the pool is cold water. i wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. We left a deposite which she didn’t want to return. we told her that we had to leave at 9am and i called her 3 times and she didn’t answer her phone, knowing we had to go. when she finally came, she checked everything, even the bathrooms to see if they flushed properly, took her 20 minutes, while we waited and even then she wouldn’t return our money until i told her i would call the cops. TERRIBLE!!! I don’t not recommend this place at all.

Totally missold. A "con"? Worse experience of my life in a hotel/ house rental scenario . STAY AWAY. Anything that looks too good to be true... I have reviewed the other reviews and what we experienced was the same. No privacy. No hot water. Had to be back home at 22:00 or else.. Straw that broke the camel's back was when the lady (who is of unstable mind) insulted the personal guests I had invited. Don-t just believe me. Read the real reviews below with the same awful themes below. (there is a mix up with a real hotel in the area so the good reviews are sometimes for the wrong place).. Definitely and with hindsight of a few months, the worse accommodation I have had in my life - AND my guests were insulted. I forgive the lady who obviously has need for control and I am not doing this for revenge but to stop other people being embarrassed as I was at the way we were treated. KEEP AWAY. As of August 2022 and In the interest of objectivity and impartiality, I have reviewed this site and immediately noted that (i) the first picture shown is misleading as this guest house is not physically on the beach nor physically on the coast but inland. The first image that pops up is especially misleading because it is of a well known restaurant on the coast close by. This restaurant might want to have a look at at what is being touted to see if they want to be associated with this 'guest' house. (ii) the person who runs the place consistently counters any negative comments with personal attacks and by calling those who criticise various hateful names which are potentially defamatory are are on public record. (iii) Google should investigate this guest house as it has clearly been misleading a lot of people over the long term.

It was terrible, there was only one wc for 5 people. BTW we were 3 people in one room, and there was 2 people in another room, and shared the toilet. And I have been there so don’t try to lie.

A catastrophic experience, the guest house charged me more than the price agreed with booking, accused me of stealing 3 towels, and wanted to scam me and withdraw 75€ from the deposit. Many accommodations were missing and photos (like a view on the beach) are not from the guest house.

Thank you Micci for your generous hospitality and for a wonderful stay. I honestly can't recommend the place highly enough. The pictures really don't even do it justice. The setting is just perfect and the facilities are ridiculous - private swimming pool anyone? Whilst it's perfect for exploring Cascais, the beaches and the local area, you can also be in the middle of Lisbon in less than half an hour. Book it - you won't regret it!

An absolutely gorgeous guesthouse. The bedrooms are clean, spacious, and welcoming. The backyard and pool are perfect for sunbathing or playing a small game of football. The bathrooms are spotless and always well stocked. The hostess is polite and accommodating and the property is only a few kilometers away from the nearby beach. It's in a beautiful residential area away from the main road so although it may be difficult to find, it's safe and quiet. The area offers a variety of activities as well and the price is the best in the area. I would recommend this establishment to anyone looking to stay in this area!

This is a terrific spot, close enough for an inexpensive Uber or quick bike ride into town if Cascais and the sights are your goal. The owner is terrific and ensures that everything is as you need it, and will go above and beyond to help out. The setting is calm, the backyard and pool are awesome. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.
