Best stay near Guincho Beach! I stayed at Sea’ Ya for two month with my little daughter (2 years) and we had a perfect stay. For children the accommodation is perfect. We even borrowed a car seat and many children's stuff from Maria and Antonio. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed and there was a great arrival package with lots of goodies. Whenever we needed help from our host's they were immediately there to provide us with everything. The stay felt like we were staying with friends and we will definitely be back. My parents stayed in the Sea'Ya Family house while visiting me in Portugal. They absolutely loved the house and hospitality and will definitely stay there again next time. The houses have been recently beautifully renovated and the interior design is of great taste - modern but cozy at the same time. This is a great place for anyone who loves cooking themselves, the kitchen is really well kitted out. Antonio and Maria were great hosts, always making sure my parents had everything they needed (they even baked a cake for them to congratulate them for becoming grandparents). The location is ideal for anyone who would like to spend lots of time in nature. The beach is only a 20 minute walk away and Antonio and Maria will be very happy to assist you with organising outdoor activities such as surfing, climbing, cliff walks. We can really recommend staying at the Sea'Ya family house for anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay close to Guincho beach.

To my good fortune, Sea'ya was home for 2.5 months of EU lockdown and I could not have been anywhere better. Each villa was immaculately equipped and decorated to the utmost comfort. The weekly cleaning was generous and always spotlessly done. Good quality bed and bedding, outdoor area, BBQ grill ready-to-use, just - perfect. Not to mention the villas are situated right by the Sintra-Cascais Natural Park, which was a frequent indulgence for me. Stay long enough and you'll experience Antonio and Maria directly at a more personable level. Really, really good.

Amazing house, super chilled but yet elegant and premium. Feels like a fancy beach club. And every morning a baker silently drops freshly baked bread into a cotton bag on your terrace. The host is probably the nicest person I've ever met. As world-open and passionately guest-friendly as can be. You can feel that his highest priority is that his guests are having a great time. We initially moved to Sea'Ya for a 2 week stay. We'd booked another place after but liked Sea'Ya so much...we eventually came back and stayed FOR TWO MONTHS!!!😂 The place is great, with all necessary appliances and accessories. The place looked sparkling with two good sized bedrooms and very nicely decorated. The biggest upside was it's purposefully been made only for renters so everything is neat, clean, and tidy. There is There is a cleaning service every once in a while that really helps. The terrace space was nice and big and very well thought out with a nice barbecue and dining area and a large in built outdoor sitting area which we spent many a long night counting stars on. If you're a fan of surfing the place also has a dedicated storage area just for that! 15 min walk or 5 min drive to a beautiful beach! All in all, it was awesome and Maria and Antonio are fantastic hosts who we knew we could count on if we needed anything in particular. Super friendly and helpful...the true definition of superhosts. You can bet your bottom dollar we'll be back here...and hopefully soon! Highly recommended.

Our stay at Sea’Ya villas was amazing! All the villas are really well decorated, appliances are new and functional and the beds are super comfy. The cleaning lady came every week and left the place spotless and every other day we had fresh bread delivered to us in the morning, which we loved. Maria and Antonio are great hosts and really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and have a good time during our stay, including coming over to cook some local food! Charneca is perfectly positioned walking distance to Guincho beach and a quick drive to both Cascais and Lisbon, with everything essential right there in the village. We would definitely recommend staying at Sea’ya and would love to go back ourselves!

We spent 4 days at Villa Guincho. It was perfect!! Maria and Antonio went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The villa is clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and well stocked. Every one of the restaurant recommendations were spot on.! We will definitely be back. Thank you

We loved the place. Friendly owners that really helped us find some nice places and had good tips. And fresh bread every day! The apartment is a great hideout in a nice quiet village. Simple friendly restaurant around the corner and beautiful beaches very close for surfing which we love.

We had an amazing time at Maria & Antonio’s place! The apartment was beautifully furnished, well stocked and perfect for a week long escape to Cascais. It was a lovely walk down to Guincho from their place, and they were very accomodating with late checkout so we could enjoy the beach again on our last day. Greta outdoor BBQ and relaxing areas, and generally just a great place to stay - we will definitely be back and recommending it to our friends! Thanks so much Maria and Antonio!

We loved staying at Sea’ya! The place is so well designed, clean and well located. We loved meeting other families in the villas and our kids made friends with other kids too! It was so fun. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for relaxing. Our kids went to surf camp at beaches nearby and had a blast. We would love to come back again!
