Delicious cashew drink and overall tasteful breakfast with gluten-free cookie and banana break. Vast menu to explore. Nice outdoor seating that’s probably even more enjoyable in the summertime. Friendly staff, too.

Tasty Acai Granola yogurt bowl with fruit. My husband had a tuba sandwich on fresh bread and a still-warm chocolate chip cookie. All was delicious and the service was great.

One of the few hipster cafeteria in the area :) they are making a really good coffee and quite decent breakfast. Recommend visiting if you are a fan of filter coffee and avocado toast in the morning. Note that they have a shared entrance with Gleba bakery.

Great place. Simple breakfasts and nice buzz. It’s a nice compromise between the really small Portugese coffee shops and Starbucks. There is a nice bakery selection of fresh breads and typical breakfast pastries (croissants, cake, cookies) and a small breakfast menu. Coffee is also better than the small traditional coffee shops. This was my breakfast. An avocado toast and chai latte.

Well I was chuffed when I stumbled across a 3rd wave coffee shop near our accommodation here. First morning popped down and had a lovely or flat white - €3.50. Next morning came back and was told €3.80. I said it was less yesterday, she told me “there’s been a price increase”. I picked up the menu which still showed 3.50 but she looked at me blankly and said “the systems upgraded the price”. So, whilst a nice coffee, can’t help but feel slightly robbed. Worth noting at 3.80 that’s more than I’ve ever paid for the same drink anywhere in central London and this is down a quiet residential street in Portugal.

I visited for the first time recently, and I was impressed by how fresh everything was--you could see it being made! The staff was very friendly. The baked goods are exceptional. The food I ordered was very MEH but it may just have been not to my taste. I'll be trying something different next time, but am a definite baked goods convert.

Hidden gem with excellent coffee and food! Came here for brunch on a Sunday looking for a reprieve from the city life and more than found it. The bakery next door supplies the bread, combined with the craftsmanship level coffee, it was a match made in heaven. The scrambled eggs on brioche is good as anything I’ve had anywhere in the world and the rest of the fare was also excellent. Busy but not too busy so expect a bit of wait, all really worth it!

Got take away flat whites and cookies. The coffee was really balanced and nice and the cookies were sweet and tasty. The staff was really pleasant and friendly. There is also a bakery adjacent to the coffeeshop, in the same space. They had baked goods and some high end pantry products such as olive oil and nut butters.

Lovely iced coffee on a very hot day from lots of coffee options. The attached bakery had a wide selection of nice-looking bread and cakes. Recommended if you are missing a flat white!

Not attentive to orders, we ordered two matcha latte and they gave only one. Maybe because they have lots of customers and they got confused with the orders 😊. Though my friends loves the matcha latte. I like the cake. 😉

Latte Art on point - ‚formiga‘ instead of random cliche heart and tulip.. well done - employees very friendly and proactive.. outside seating tidy and nice..

The atmosphere is quite pleasant. We went there for breakfast and it was very crowded at 11 am. The food is simple and quite tasty but I would say it is fairly overpriced — we spent 26 EUR for 2 of us and I usually expect bigger portions for that price (mind that we took 1 dessert to share). 1 extra star from me for being dog friendly! The place is very elegant, decorated with a variety of beautiful plants and it also has a terrace. In the bathroom, there is no hook or shelf to place your bag. Given that the door does not have a knob either, I have no idea where we are supposed to keep handbags while doing the business. Very inconvenient.

Good coffee shop. Only one in Cascais who is making a right filter/ V60/ aeropress coffee. They have some issues with services, but they make an improvement all the time.

The food here is absolutely amazing. Everything is baked fresh. We could see the croissants cooking. We had croissants with local cheese freshly made cookies with chocolate and nuts that were so soft and crumbly they just melted in the mouth. The staff were very friendly and helpful, speaking good English and teaching us the Portuguese words. A great place to people watch: it seems to be a favourite of the local beautiful people, and clearly they have good taste in food. We bought some lovely sourdough bread made with spelt flour to take home for lunch, and that was excellent too. We've been back once already and we'll be going there again!

I love the Milkees in LX and I really wanted to love this one too, especially since it’s much closer to where I live. Where to start? It’s situated in the same premises as a Gleba- Gleba is the landlord in charge of fixing the clogged toilet and Milkees is the one whose customers can’t pee in the meantime! I was expecting high quality specialty coffee at €3.30 per flat white, but as soon I tasted it I detected the dreadful cheesy boiled flavour of UHT milk🤮. I mean - it’s right there in the name! MILKees. If they would make the extra effort to use fresh milk (as they do in the LX branch) the coffee would be drinkable and worth the exorbitant price. As it is, I feel this branch is disingenuously relying on the Milkees brand to sell you an overpriced cup of boiled milk.

Located on a busy intersection alongside a bakery. Had a pleasant egg toast and an oat flat white. One of the only 3rd wave coffee shops in the area. The chocolate chip cookie was decadent, absolutely their specialty.

😐 So, firstly, the food here was very good! The starters were very tasty and huge portions (so beware unless you're really hungry), and the pizzas we had were delicious. And if you have a table by the window facing the sea, the view is lovely. However... overall experience was soured by poor service....

👍👍 Perfection. Spider crab was very well cooked, and was cut and set to eat with least effort. Steamed octopus was so tender and seafood rice had rich taste. And all the foods went so well with green wine. Wish I could visit again.
