This commanding space in the marina of Cascais WAS our go-to for AÇAÍ . These all include the extras that others can charge more for. This can be a drag to have to figure what to leave out etc! They add - our preference - fruit (banana, chopped strawberries, coconut slivers, blueberries), granola, powdered milk, paçoca (peanut paste w/ sugar: if not allergic), etc. We don’t go overboard with extra sauces (choc, fruit syrups, honey, condensed milk etc). I had tried most of the places in Cascais and this was our regular favorite. All changes. It’s worth mentioning that many places limit your choice of extras to two or three items: this place doesn’t limit your choice… Note: Beware as açaí comes in many varieties and can be of inferior quality with plenty of artificial preservatives and several types of unhealthy sugar (as you find in tubs of açaí available in supermarkets). Qab || daQ: odd name (though ez to recall if you see first 3 letters as mirror image of last 3: then you won’t forget 😆). They also serve café items: coffee, sandwiches AND more abundant items: salads, pão de queijo (cheese-filled choux pastry balls: Brazilian staple) and pancakes. Toasted choices are a little higher priced than average though are enough for two ( ‘Cept for you young gannets!!). For this ample spaced terrace - they added more tables and chairs to partner a small cabin-like food prep area where you wonder how such a small space can cater such variety of popular choices. PS. After a good start almost two years ago for this excellent spot I can add that we eloped elsewhere … The place was sold and has lost its crown. The service was wonderful (Elvis, Lucas and others : all deserve special mention): now it’s a standard attendance. The location is worth the visit. The magic that we remember has passed in to our memories. All must change and we were fortunate to see an the evolution from the beginning :) The acai increased in price and sizes are much smaller. The salads decreased in size though are well prepared… We look forward to checking in a few seasons away… ORIGINAL menu below…

Great food and super friendly service. Came there last minute with 35 pax for brunch after Nassau (also in the Cascais Marina) cancelled on me. The staff did miracles to accommodate the unexpected amount of orders. Super yummy food and an amazing view!

Love this place! Best pancakes and açai bowls I ever ate. The crepes are special crepes made with tapioca flour, so they have a different texture than normal crepes. Nevertheless I loved them. Also a great drink choice (try the kombucha!!). Would recommend and will always be my go-to spot.

A small terrace overlooking the marina with healthy and very tasty food!!! Especially for gluten-intolerant people! Highly recommend the place! The açai bowls are amazing and tasty and the gluten-free pancakes are very tasty!

Excellent view of the lighthouse and marina. Friendly and helpful service (thanks for the lovely photos Gabriela!). The perfect tuna toasted sandwich (3 large pcs) and very tasty burrata salad paired with pesto and light olive oil dressing. Great value, nice and quiet place to relax.

Pretty chilled place with great service. A bit overpriced for what you get, but I guess the location place a part. Ice coffees might not be a common drink in Portugal, but the ice coffee we had there was disastrous.

Great value for a sandwich or salad. Limited options in comparison to other places around but this was great value. Payed about €25 for 2 sandwiches with large caprese style side salad, 2 beers and 2 wines.

Very nice place with an interesting variety of food. Just waiting for the more sustainable cups to substitute the disposable cups it has now to give the fifth star.

To avoid! Twice they brought a wrong order, only after 50min got the correct one. 50min for 2 crepes. A joke.

😐 So, firstly, the food here was very good! The starters were very tasty and huge portions (so beware unless you're really hungry), and the pizzas we had were delicious. And if you have a table by the window facing the sea, the view is lovely. However... overall experience was soured by poor service....

👍👍 Perfection. Spider crab was very well cooked, and was cut and set to eat with least effort. Steamed octopus was so tender and seafood rice had rich taste. And all the foods went so well with green wine. Wish I could visit again.
