The staff are totally amazing . Nothing is too much trouble. The lovely gentleman who helped me went out of his way to fix everything for me and the engineer who came yesterday was brilliant . He spent ages getting my TV to work. All in all an extremely pleasant and totally stressfree experience.

Loads of workers on site. Each of their desks is separate by a lot more than 2 meters. They're all very strict on which concerns proximity, masks and general covid awareness. Besides that (because life isn't all about covid), they have an excellent selection of smartphones, from the flagship models from apple or Samsung, to the budget ones, all of them with some really nice offers attached. From all the Vodafone shops I've been to (and I've been to plenty, as I've lived in several places across the country), this is, by far, really really far, the best. Pay them a visit if you need a phone or related equipment. You won't regret it.

When asking for warranty on my Vodafone V6, the customer support I got was AMAZING! Fully customized, even helped me out with other issues I had, such as setting up TV on my phone and setting other stuff on my TV Box, and they lent me a phone for the time mine was repairing! That was just WOW! And I had always Telmo Peixe assisting me... Which made a world of a difference... 😜 Always ask for him! He's a sweet, super charming and always available!

The people who work there was patient and helpful but the company itself is pretty bad It’s very complicated for me to working with them I have to charge my phone manually every time and go to the store once a month I would not like to give them my credit card number and there is no other option to pay online Spending couple of hours once or twice a month charging your phone in 2022 is pretty stupid 🤦 Hopefully more competition in the future will make them work harder 🤦

The staff was kind but sometimes not professional. The biggest disadvantage is that they work slowly and they don't offer the chairs for visitors to wait.

Service was very good even on a crowded day

Inefficient and extremely slow team ! I was queuing, there were 3 people in front of me, I have waited 25 Min, and there was still one person in front of me. I couldn't wait more and left without being able to buy just credit. Such a wasting time !

Their wifi is strong but services is a bit unbalanced when it comes to different people that you can talk with. Sometimes, bills fluctuate and never stay the same due to tye usage of tv boxes, calls by using their landline and that's normal. The abnormal thing about it is that sometimes the bills aren't right and needed to be fixed and needed to be taken care of but that's how I experienced my time in this shop.

Friendliest service. Everyone speaks English. Vodafone has been a great experience here in Portugal.

Great customer service in the store but we had a tech person come to our home that was extremely disrespectful to my wife and I.

Miguel was extremely friendly and helpful. Perfect place for tourists to buy their sim-cards. Great customer service!
