If I could give 0 stars I would definitely do that. This bank is the most incompetent and unprofessional imaginable. They will lie directly to your face and give you hope over and over again that things will get better. They never get better. I strongly recommend not to become a customer here - the staff is rude, very unhelpful, uncaring and simply don’t care. Don’t waste your energy on this bank, it will create a lot of anger and frustration for you.

THIS BANK IS TERRIBLE!!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE!!!!! Unfortunately I can't give ZERO stars, or I would. Seriously, don't use Millennium. Try anybody else instead. Any thing you want done will take them a month and a ton of headaches. The people don't have the right to do anything, so it gets sent somewhere else for a decision. They don't even pretend to try to be helpful.

The definition of faulty and damaged. One person doing deposits. Both of the machines that allow this simple action to be done aren’t working. Only Millennium in the central area of Cascais, is it too much to ask to have a deposit machine working? Employee told me it would be a minute, it’s been 30..

Incompetent, but polite customer service — it takes forever to get anything done, and no one ever replied to my emails. I asked to make an appointment to: 1) change the address, 2) add my partner to the bank account, 3) issue a debit card When I showed up in person, personnel eventually managed to help me, but when I checked later—none of the changes that I requested had been implemented. I had to go to the branch numerous times and every time I find that Millenium has my old address on the record. Three different tellers gave me three different answers to the same simple question (when my debit card will be available). They were wondering why the previous teller said this, and not that... all together they made Franz Kafka proud!

I was waiting more than 1 hour just for a simple question.

Really amazing service, the women name “ANDREIA ESTEVES” doesn’t speak English but she provided me really amazing service with her expression. I understood everything even without understanding Portuguese language. Really nice service. Thank you

so unprofessional employees and just playing not working. i waited for 40 minutes and had my next turn, but that never came, and the lady was doing nothing just sitting and then she told me this is closing time, and more than half staff doing nothing just sitting from 2:50 pm and 3:30pm closed, i haven't seen such people in my whole life, i think they have targeted to attend 1 person in 1 hour.

Very bad service, I have called the bank several times and no one answers the telephone, sometimes they pick up the phone and put it down again. Customer service doesn't exist.

I think it's not fair that only unhappy customers are leaving feedback. Was today in this branch for opening an account. Everyone was polite and helpful. Thank you
