Forget Santini, these ice creams are at least as good, and half priced. We know Santini have good ice creams, but the franchise is so big that their prices keep on climbing. We often forget that there are other options, and this is a good one. The place is easy to find, the staff is nice and welcoming, and the ice creams are really good, home made and tasty. Def worth a try. I recommend this place.

The place was charming but the service wasn’t right. We wanted to try a new flavour and they didn’t let us. It would have been great they let us. It was good they let us know we had to pay with cash before ordering.

Most people go to the ice cream shop with the massive queue down towards the harbour. But they should go to this one. In my opinion the ice creams are better. The queue in the other ice cream shop would take about 30 minutes but this one's queue only takes five minutes. So I recommend going there and if you do, remember they only take cash.

Probably the nicest ice cream sellers in Cascais, always with a smile even after a long day. I’ve been there a few times because their waffles are really really good and comforting :) I recommend !

These waffles are really delicious and the icecream too. Loved their coffee! Staff is very professional and speak a good English.

I’ve been in Cascais area for 3 weeks and have been here 3 times already. It is so very very delicious! They have a variety of great flavors (26 to be exact ;)) and the ice cream is fresh and light and not too sweet at all. The only thing I would say is to be careful if you enjoy it by the harbor. I was attacked by a big seagull and it ate a big chunk of my ice cream - I guess that’s the risk you have to take for eating such an amazing ice cream 😅

Absolutely the best ice cream in Cascais. And trust me. We have done extensive research. 😜

I asked to taste one flavour and the rude employee said it was not allowed. No card payment accepted and expensive for what it is.

The best Italian ice cream in Cascais, i have discovered it by chance just walking around, and then I came back here every night during my stay in Cascais!! The ice cream is very good quality (I am Italian) :)

Very rude staff. My child had ice cream there and we took a box of paper napkins outside. The lady from this ice cream cafe rushed out to grab the napkins, claiming it was not allowed to take it outside because people inside might need it. At that moment no one, literally NO ONE was inside the cafe

Diamond in the ruff, hidden local spot amongst tourist traps. Best customer service ever and great homemade everything from them! Really wonderful staff! Highly recommend this place. Great prices too!!!

Let's put this simply! Where ever you eat in Cascais centrum after that you will go to this place to have a dessert. Alot of lovely ice cream options.. small potions, medium and big portions. NOTE! All ice cream are fresh and they are done in same building by the owner. No additional chemicals or industry *&@%. Enjoy!
