The best cappuccino in Cascais. Avocado toast is big and tasty.

Great place! They offer a wide variety of coffees, have friendly personnel, and the overall ambiance is nice. I ordered an Aeropress and a pastel de nata. While preparing the Aeropress, the beaker broke, but they were more than willing to start the process from scratch without any issues. As for the pastel de nata, it was good, although I wouldn't say it was better than the coffee. I appreciate their policy regarding disposable cups. You have the option to take a metal cup for free as long as you return it. However, one downside is that the place lacks WiFi. Additionally, if you're inside, the signal isn't very strong. Overall, I would return because of the quality of the coffee, the atmosphere, and the staff.

I was a fan of Fabrica from their cafes in Lisbon & stall at the Mercado. But this Cascais branch was unimpressive. The man working this afternoon brought my coffee over, spilled it all over the cup and didn't say anything about it. I then had to wait a minute to ask for napkins to clean up the mess he made. The coffee itself was not up to previous Fabrica standards - with the milk not foamed properly and the coffee tasting burned. Rushed. If you want speciality coffee in Cascais - Lusophonica and Sofiale are better options.

Attracted me by their below the radar and minimalist outlook yet focuses on quality. I mean, look at that crema on the Americano. All the great coffee items you're looking for in a gem of a coffeeshop. The outdoor seating by this calmer street off the busy roads is a great resting spot. Just a block from the Cascais train station I'd highly recommend. The staff were friendly, look for John - friendly, knowledgeable and helpful young gent.

Fábrica Coffee Roasters 5 Stars All The Way!!!! From my experience, you're not going to find fresh coffee in the supermarket any fresher roasted than maybe 4-6 months. If you are a café aficionado that's not fresh enough! I was searching for a local coffee roaster and I found it! My review is about my experience deciding, purchasing whole beans online and making home espresso and French Press with Fabrica Coffee. I just purchased a DeLonghi Dedica EC685 home espresso machine and upgraded to a bottomless portafilter. I’m building my barista skills in the process and coming from a background of experiencing many local roasted and gourmet coffees as a personal hobby. Think of “Blue Bottle Coffee” San Francisco, “Pete’s Coffee” Berkley, “Cafe Ladro” Seattle to name a few. A few weeks ago I purchased the “Bob-O-Link” Espresso and the “Kiangoi” for French Press. The beans were roasted only a few days before I received. What a treat!!!!! The aroma for both is amazing….wish there was a candy bar made out of those aromas! Overall, I’m quite happy with the shopping and coffee buying experience. The coffee roast descriptions are quite accurate, it’s easy to order and the email communication is very proactive letting me know about my order every step in the process. The shipping is quick and prompt. I appreciate the personalized greeting and discount coupon. Now, I really look forward to waking up in the morning and making an espresso or French Press. So far, pulling single shots, I am using 7 grams of espresso grind size, extraction time around 26-28 seconds, aiming for 30 grams of velvety, aromatic espresso with a nice crema! After some practice, I ended up with a more silky espresso. For me the Tasting notes, cocoa and Carmel. Amazing! What a treat! I’ve only made French Press twice with the “Kiangoi” and need to dial in my grind size and coffee to water ratio. The first batch I experienced a bright, crisp flavor with citrus, Carmel and dark chocolate notes. Very nice and unique taste compared to what I was using from beans purchased at the super market. It’s really enjoyable to have this kind of quality and customer service here in Portugal! My tastebuds are looking forward to traveling across all the coffee regions as I make a journey to experience the variety of coffees you offer. I also look forward to visiting your local café in Cascais to experience it there too! Keep up the excellent service and product! Kudos to your whole Fabrica Coffee Roaster Team!!!! Cafe aficionado Muito Obrigado! Michael

Great coffee, seriously overpriced for coffee in Portugal. Better than most but also 2,5 times more expensive.

The coffee was unexpectedly good 😊 I drank a cup of decaf coffee and not like all the time, coffee was tasting real coffee. It was so tasty. The staff is nice and they speak English very good. They are so polite and friendly. The atmosphere of the place is awesome. I enjoyed having coffee there. The croissant was ordinary and could be better.

Pretty much can’t stop coming here! It’s now my daily obsession and in part responsible for staying an extra week in the area since I can enjoy premium barista coffee instead of the usual basic coffees everywhere else - the cake is great too.

Their batch brew is up to standard and the prices are fair. They also have a decent espresso machine, which you might notice in the shop window, so they clearly know what they are doing. An average hipster will be content there. There’s one thing, however, that ruined my morning. While their desire to punish philistines drinking from a paper cup can be understood, I hope they change their take away cups. I decided to enjoy my morning brew on a bench by the sea, but by the time I got there the coffee was spilled all over my hand and no amount of napkins would help. Unfortunately, the lids don’t do their job. I’ve learned my lesson.

One of the best coffes I had lately (or maybe the best one). The stafd is very friendly and the place is cute and has airco 😎. I took one star because the pastries ware not amazing 🤷🏻‍♀️ and they didnt have a savoury vegan option for food :( Cool spot tho visit nonetheless

The only ACTUALLY good coffee place in the area. The breakfast menu is limited in options but the coffee is amazing compared to anywhere else nearby. Plenty of outdoor tables also

😐 So, firstly, the food here was very good! The starters were very tasty and huge portions (so beware unless you're really hungry), and the pizzas we had were delicious. And if you have a table by the window facing the sea, the view is lovely. However... overall experience was soured by poor service....

👍👍 Perfection. Spider crab was very well cooked, and was cut and set to eat with least effort. Steamed octopus was so tender and seafood rice had rich taste. And all the foods went so well with green wine. Wish I could visit again.
