A diamond, just a couple of hundred metres off the beaten path. Family run, with a small and excellent selection of seafood, steak, and wine. We have been twice and will visit again. Highly recommended.

Superb tasty Rib-Eye steaks - the only decent steak house I have found in this area (I live here) - a little bit pricey but more than worth the cost. The location is slightly off the beaten track but is not far from the seafront. Also excellent service from friendly owners and staff.

Totally wonderful place. It is classical but at the same time inventive. Had a great cod dish and the dessert was papaya icecream something not like anything I had before and I will dream about it. This is a place run by a couple and they are exceptionaly nice.

The best steak I've had in Portugal by a long shot, lovely ambient, old style Portuguese restaurant reasonably priced with quality steak. I had the ribeye and as a steak connusear I was very impressed, would highly recommend and polite waiters too 👌

Ok, this restaurant has to be one of the best in town. It's leaning towards meat but oh my god they know how to cook steaks I mean, I never had steak like that, perfect is a understatement. Go there please. And the people serving and cooking are so warm and it's like being part of their life. Not had an experience like this for years. Love you guys...

Possibly the best steak I have ever eaten. Amazing food, really well priced and great wine. Oh, and my youngest reckons there are over 5500 corks in the room.

The restaurant is off the beaten track and hard to find but I’m glad we found it . My daughter and I both ordered steak which were perfectly cooked and served with amazing chips a lovely mustard honey sauce . The service and the owners were so lovely. Highly recommend this place .

Old school family run steak restaurant. Very cosy - no outdoor seating so most suited to dinner. Quality of meat very high and well cooked. Sauce with the tenderloin a bit salty. Shame about the frozen chips and salad from a bag though - surely worth investing in home made?

This was the best meal we had in our ten days in Caiscais. The atmosphere was lovely and we were really well looked after with very friendly servers and prompt service. Our wine and each course was incredible, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Could not recommend enough :) *They only accept tip in cash!

Best steaks we have ever tasted. The three sauces that they provide to put on the steak are what makes their steak amazing. The service was very attentive and the restaurant is charming.If you love steak you don’t want to miss Armazem 22.

Very quaint little restaurant. Decided to try based on reviews. Ordered the picanha. They came out with homemade sausages, hummus and bread. All were delicious. Steak came out with 2 different sauces to compliment the steak. One was a tomato, onion and vinegar. The other was a standard chimichurri. Both complimented the steak well. The steak was good on its own also, albeit a bit overdone. I ordered Med rare and it came out medium. I still enjoyed my meal and will stop in again the next time I am in town.

Great food and waitresses were very helpful regards what steak was best for each person and how it should be cooked. Hidden away from the main streets, this restaurant should be on your top 5 list for Cascais. Will return if I'm back in the area one day.

Lovely friendly family run restaurant with a simple menu of which the steaks were excellent, bit of a hidden gem so we were lucky to have passed it on a previous walk so booked a table and we were not disappointed

The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was great and the service top notch. Most importantly however the steak was delicious! I personally went for the dry-aged sirloin (as seen below). Would highly reccomend!
